Alone? With all these personalities? No way…

That last clip be foreshadowing, y’all. Just you wait… by @belligerent.gratitude

Probably an endocrine disrupter killing me slowly, but shoutout to toilet paper glue for giving me a reason to live 🙃 by @belligerent.gratitude

WAS THIS THE BEGINNING OF PLEASURE STACKING?

I recorded this before pleasure stacking, but now that it’s happening Friday I see it everywhere.

Still funny that 4 years later I think of that life changing advice on that fine morning.

I love getting crazy advice… and then following it.

Cheers to both! And some 😏 by @belligerent.gratitude

I remember when I started this podcast project two years ago, I would challenge myself to record all episodes in one take 🫠

Whyyyy??

I mean, perfectionism... a core belief that anything worth doing in the world had to be difficult... and a moderately tight butthöle 🤐

It’s funny because my bloopers are now my favorite cuts of the show [that no one ever sees😂]

I can’t talk about my podcast on here because God forbid we have an adult discussion about psÿchedelïc healing that is blowing the succes rates of the allopathic model of mental héalth out of the water...

But I digress. Episode 107 released today. It’s all about K høles. Go check it out through the link in my bio.

It’s genuinely fun for me that so many people don’t know that I run the #1️⃣ podcast on kẽtamǐne healing 😆

Feel free to congratulate me in the comments on 107 weeks of consistent weekly episodes... guess my perfectionism is good for something after all 🙃 by @belligerent.gratitude

Enjoyyyy ✌️ by @belligerent.gratitude

I take event production very seriously.

I have 18 people in my care tonight (with help!)

And I’m going to make sure that I take care of myself so that I can show up to take care of y’all.

Tantra helps me expand my being so I can show up BIG

See y’all tonight! by @belligerent.gratitude

Recorded this back in May and found it today. Next round of hypno-psyçhedelĩcs happening tomorrow, August 15 @7PM in South Austin. Link in my bio and also my story. DMs available for questions by @belligerent.gratitude

Rules of manifestation in action:

Desire → belief → aligned action → acceptance → detachment → oh, there it is. 😂

Lemme break it down:

1️⃣ Decide who you are.
“I’m someone who doesn’t lose things.”

✌️Believe it so deeply that reality gets confusing when it contradicts you. 😂

🥉Do what’s yours to do.
Look for the thing. Retrace your steps. Check the obvious places. Check them again. Gotta werk for it and show the universe you care and are willing to do your part.

4️⃣Accept reality as it currently is.
Okay. I lost it. It’s gone.

✋Release your grip on needing the outcome to be different.
No bargaining. No obsessing. No trying to force it back.
Genuinely and authentically move on.

6️⃣Watch the universe casually drop it out of the sky. ✨

For me, it’s that authentic release and surrender… like, you really can’t fake it and it takes as long as it does AND it’s always the best manifestations/miracles on the other side. by @belligerent.gratitude

Hypno-psyche-delics is a group hypnosis event I developed in 2019 that went on to sell out rooms all over the country for 3 years running.

I put it down in 2023 when I moved to Austin and just brought it back this year.

It’s been received well with so many people having profound experiences, insights, and life changing magic.

Next round is August 15. Link in bio. DMs open with inquiries. by @belligerent.gratitude

It’s can get really confusing when my trauma responses compete for my attention… sure, laughter is one, but freeze is another.

And lemme tell you!

After spending a week in freeze, I’m belligerently grateful to be laughing again.

The signs were there…but I was too in the forest to see the trees. by @belligerent.gratitude

There’s a ven diagram between depression and spiritual enlightenment/timeline hopping that is my current reality. Woof. by @belligerent.gratitude
