Some days, you don't dance because life is easy...

You dance because it's the one place where everything else becomes quiet.

Movement has a way of saying what words sometimes can't. 💙✨

Sometimes happiness is your 9 year old filming you dancing in the garden.🥰

These giant flags have been sitting in my cupboard for ages and today was my first time playing with them! 🧡💛✨

Not perfect, but definitely happiness 💕

Low energy today, but I showed up anyway. 💙

Not every practice session feels effortless. Some days it's simply about taking the next step, moving your body, and trusting the process.

Progress isn't built on perfect days. It's built on the days you almost didn't start. ✨💃

The last year and a half has tested me in ways I never expected.

There were moments I felt completely alone.

Moments when people saw my struggles but not the strength it took to keep going.

Moments when I was criticised for not doing enough, while fighting battles nobody could see.

There were days when simply getting through the day felt like an achievement.

I'm not at the end of the journey yet.

There are still challenges ahead.

But somewhere along the way, I realised that I couldn't keep waiting for everyone else to understand my path.

I had to keep walking it anyway.

And while there were times I felt unseen, there were two people who never stopped seeing me.

One held my hand through the darkest days, reminding me that I was stronger than I believed.

The other gave me a reason to keep getting up every morning, even when life felt impossibly heavy.

They saw the struggle. They saw the tears. They saw the battles that happened behind closed doors.

And they loved me through them.

The music never left me. The dancer never left me.

I just needed time to find my way back.

This isn't a comeback.

It's a reminder.

That even in the hardest seasons of life, there is a part of you that refuses to give up.

Still healing. Still growing. Still dancing. Still rising. 💃✨

Fan veils are more than a dance prop. They become an extension of my energy, reaching beyond the physical body and allowing me to embody every emotion, intention, and feeling in a deeper way.

There is something incredibly powerful about watching energy take form through movement. With every sweep, turn, and wave, I feel myself becoming more present, more grounded, and more connected to who I truly am.

Fan veils help me release what no longer serves me, expand my energy field, and step into my own power. They remind me that embodiment isn't just about movement, it's about fully inhabiting yourself, your strength, your presence, and your truth.

✨ Fan veils don't just extend my movement.
✨ They extend my energy.
✨ They awaken my power.
