Welcome to your New Era Team ✨

Meet the faces behind the next chapter…

🤎 Samantha – Salon Owner, with over 20 years of industry experience and almost 15 years in business, building a salon that has always been centred around exceptional treatments, genuine care, and lasting client relationships.

🤎 Kate – A valued part of the business for the past 10 years, bringing her passion, dedication, and commitment to ensuring every client feels welcomed and looked after.

🤎 Danielle – Joined the business in 2014, took a small break, and returned in 2023, bringing with her the same enthusiasm, experience, and love for the industry that our clients know and trust.

Together, we are committed to this new era and to continuing to bring you the very best treatments, service, and experience possible. Our goal is simple – to deliver consistent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ care from the moment you walk through our doors until the moment you leave.

Whether we saw you last week, last month, or even 5 years ago, we will always be excited to welcome you back. Our clients are more than appointments in a diary; you’re part of our salon family, and it is a privilege to share in your journey, celebrate your milestones, and create lasting memories together. We also can’t wait to welcome new faces through our doors, build new relationships, and become part of your journey too.

Here’s to new beginnings, familiar faces, new faces, and an exciting future ahead. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new home. ✨🤎

A huge thank you as well to the amazing @facehouseagency for capturing our new content photos so beautifully we are so grateful for your talent and support. We are also incredibly excited to be wearing our new House of Zana uniforms, and we can’t wait for you all to see them in salon! We love them @_houseofzana

💜✨ THE NEW ERA ✨💜

Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you for all of the love, support and messages I’ve received since sharing my New Era post last week. I’ve been completely overwhelmed by everyone’s kindness and encouragement, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you. 🥹💜

For those of you who thought I was retiring or jetting off abroad… sorry to disappoint! 😂 You’ll still be stuck with me, just in a new location a little closer to home 🏡💜

I’m so excited to finally share that Bel Viso Beauty Salon will be relocating to a beautiful new home at Bijou Salon, Norton. @bijousalon143

Some of you may have heard that we were originally heading elsewhere, and that was initially the plan. However, after my announcement last week, another opportunity unexpectedly became available. After a lot of thought and consideration, I felt this move aligned much better with the future vision of the business, whilst also giving me a better balance between work and family life.

The past few weeks have involved some huge decisions, plenty of soul-searching and more emotions than I can put into words. Whilst this hasn’t been an easy journey behind the scenes, I truly believe this is the right step forward for both my family and the future of Bel Viso.

Sometimes the right opportunities come along when you least expect them, and this just felt like the perfect fit for our next chapter. ✨

Whilst the location may be changing, the heart of Bel Viso remains exactly the same. 💜

We don’t have an exact moving date just yet, but I wanted to keep everyone in the loop and share the exciting news. For now, it’s business as usual, and I’ll continue to update you all as plans progress.

Thank you for supporting Bel Viso through every stage of its journey so far. Your loyalty, trust and support mean more than you’ll ever know, and I can’t wait to welcome you all to our beautiful new home very soon. 💜

Here’s to new beginnings, new energy and an exciting new chapter ahead.

Love,
Samantha & Team 💜 xx

Ladies, just a little heads up! We’ve recently updated our cancellation policy. ✨

As a busy salon with a waiting list of lovely clients, last-minute cancellations can have a big impact. We totally understand that plans change, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice may incur a charge, and unfortunately, missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

We really appreciate your support and understanding, it helps us run smoothly and protect our team's time. 💜

Any questions? Just drop us a message!

THE POWER OF A GOOD BROW 😍💜

Same beautiful face, just a little brow magic! 🪄✨

Just LOOK at the difference a little definition, shape and colour can make! 😍

Beautifully defined brows that frame the eyes, enhance your natural features and give that effortlessly polished finish! 🤌🏼

Because sometimes it’s the smallest changes that make the BIGGEST difference! 💜

Brow goals? We think so! 😮‍💨🔥
