content musts: heeled boots for job site & a cactus I definitely didn’t try to eat.

Content is more fun with a strategy. Vibes are immaculate either way.

Want content that works (and doesn’t make you want to hug a cactus)? DM me CACTUS 🌵

45% of your daily actions are on autopilot from habits. Good, bad, intentional, or unintentional. Almost HALF of your day are habits. (Researcher: Wendy Wood)

Tips for adjusting your habits:

📙 Your don’t have to break “bad” habits. Simply add in new ones that you enjoy or want to be doing.

It’s not about what you’re losing, it’s about what you’re gaining.

📙 Get real with what you want to do every day, how much time you have, and what your ideal day would like like.

All of it — wake up, turn off alarm, stretch, etc, etc, etc.

📙 Reward yourself with dopamine. (Social media, shopping, chocolate, etc etc etc) whatever works for you.

✨ Bonus ADHD / attention specific tip: If you struggle to stick to them because you get bored, try listening to an audiobook or podcast during.

What you’re aiming for is not going to happen overnight. It’s going to be compounded from consistency and sticking to it.

Routines allow you to do that so you can free up the decision making ability in your daily quota. by @bemoxiedesign

My client came to me on the verge of burnout. In over her head with clients, leads, projects, motherhood, business ownership, and being a boss

📙 First thing we did was get automations in place.

For her this looked like strategic emails that delivery pre & post sale and AI tools to support further.

Consider your tech stack + refine oftennn

📙 Overthinking + perfectionism, in my experience, makes burnout worse. Everything is prolonged, tasks take 2-5x as long and it’s a downward spiral of crappy inner dialogue.

How you see yourself dictates:
⚖️how you show up
⚖️ How much you believe in what you’re doing
⚖️ And how much ease you find in doing it

You are *already* more than enough. You just gotta see that and own it.

Best multi-task? Meditation or mindful move (Martial arts, break work, etc) with a focus on self love & self esteem.

Then write down a belief that keeps coming up.
Ex:
⚖️ what’s causing you to work on tasks longer than they need to be?
⚖️ what is making you believe you have to overdeliver on everything?

Write down 2-5 counter arguments for this. What would you say to someone you loved if they’re were struggling here? Write that.

📙 Refine & rethink the services / offers / support you provide.

What I’ve seen personally & with clients is burnout & overthinking overlapped with over delivering & an abundance of extras in packages that simply weren’t needed.

The magic sustainable scalable business happens when you’re strategic about offers while simultaneously considering both client needs / journey AND your goals / energy levels.

That same client Voxer’d me saying it feels weird because she doesn’t know what to do with all the extra time we just reclaimed for her. Hello WIN…

Except this is when the “I’m not doing enough” creeps in. You can fall back down the same path if you don’t get your mind right.

If you’re going through this, you don’t have to do it alone. by @bemoxiedesign
