What an absolute dream to dep Guitar 1 on the Island 🏝️ A gargantuan thank you to the legend @hazza_weeksy for guiding me through it and letting me do my best impression of you on this beast of a show 🤘

Also a special shout out to the entire band for being the loveliest, most supportive and kindest people to come in to a pit with. They’re all exceptional musicians and even better people ❤️

Featuring me stacking it up a curb getting to my car at 6.30am the morning of the dep, falling into a fence, and leaving me wondering if I’d broken something 😂 by @ben__uden

Absolutely thrilled to be joining the Chicago International Tour on Banjo/Mandolin/Ukulele ✨

Had the best time playing on Guitar 1 on Footloose at @smashartstheatrecompany ✨

Incredible cast and band as always 🔥

There was quite a lot of Nylon in the show, which I absolutely loved returning to my roots for a little while! 🤘

Massive thanks to the entire band 💫

And of course everyone involved in the entire production, always an absolute pleasure ✨ by @ben__uden

A huge thank you to the team at @cosmicears guiding me through creating my first pair of custom IEMs - C8As ✨

They fit beautifully and sound spectacular 🔥 never had so much fun playing music ✨

For anyone curious about the design, it shows the hiking routes up Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) - a favourite of mine that I’ve climbed too many times to count, with each faceplate showing each half of the mountain. 🏔️

Can’t wait to continue using them 🔥🔥🔥 by @ben__uden

An absolute pleasure depping on @thekaratekidmusical this week in Cardiff on Guitar 2! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🥋

It was a welcome bit of fun playing the Sanshin for this show too ✨

A massive thank you to Nick Rees for letting me keep his seat warm, to @_jamesinclair for the recommendation, and @jamesgormanmusic for trusting me 🔥

Sarah (and Calley and Steffi) thought it was fantastic 👍 by @ben__uden

@redcliffemusical Southwark Playhouse 2026 ❤️

This show is one of the most important shows I have (and probably will) ever be a part of ✨

@jordanlukegage has created something that needs to be seen worldwide 🌍 this extraordinarily talented and kind human has poured his heart and soul into this show and you can tell 🔥 the ability this man has to write, compose and perform something this incredible comes around once a generation, and my word has Jordan got it 💫 thank you for trusting me yet again with being a small cog in this show 💙

I don’t think I’ve ever been a part of a new show that has had a standing ovation EVERY single night. The amount of people William and Richard’s story has moved has been extradordinary ✨

I’ve said it since the first workshop and I’ll say it again - if this show doesn’t do more (in the form of a West End transfer) I’ll personally break my guitar 🎸

A massive thank you to @bentomalin and @katyrrichardson for keeping me on board, and continuing to trust me with the guitar parts for this wonderful show ✨

Massive thank you also to the wonderful band to which all jokes, laughs and tears were shared with 🤘
@joshleighdrums
@georgieftilley

And of course my lovely @calleyonthekeys was an absolute joy to be able to work alongside you again, and smashing her handful of conducts too ❤️✨

Of course, the entire cast, crew, backstage, FOH too ✨

(The last video is Josh playing a triangle sample with a triangle)

Until next time @redcliffemusical 🌊💙 by @ben__uden

Full appreciation post to come at the end of this weekend, but just to say I’ve had the absolute best time on @redcliffemusical over the past six weeks 💫

This show better transfer - it deserves all the love, credit, and praise that it gets ✨

To have worked on this show consistently since the start of its life continues to be the biggest privilege, and I look forward to supporting the show in every capacity I can moving forward ✨

@jordanlukegage has created an absolute masterpiece, and it’s so important that everyone sees this at some point in their lives. 🔥

My face is miserable (more like concentrating) but I promise I’m having the best time 🔥 by @ben__uden

What an incredible experience to have played bass for the insanely talented and wonderfully humble @joynwoods at @cadoganhall tonight 💫🔥

The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals - Apollo Theatre West End 2026 💫

I have been lucky enough to work with StarKid for the past 3 years, every time they have joined us in London. Each year, their concerts and productions have been an annual highlight and this year is no exception. A West End run on Shaftesbury Avenue on Guitar/Bass with the some of the most kind hearted and hard working people I have ever met ❤️

I had never heard of StarKid before that first concert at the Palladium, but it is safe to say I am most certainly a massive fan of not just their work, but the people they are. I have upmost respect and love for every single person in this company 💫

To @tobychevis and @kieranpowell for making us sound MASSIVE every night 🤘🤘🤘

To @phoebenoble__ and @lambertjacksonproductions, thank you so much for having me year after year, and I can’t wait for the next 🧡

To the most wonderful understudies for being the light and life of Floor 2 @oonagh111 @emily.ooi @hdavisweaver @connorkeetley 🌟

To @therealteamstarkid @brian.holden and the whole cast @slowpez8 @jonyricker @coreydorris @jeffblim4ever @jon.matteson @mariahrfc @jlbeatty @ivanfergon_ THANK YOU for having me be a part of your StarKid family for the past three years and a small part of your exceptionally funny and brilliant show 🔥💫

To the exceptionally talented and kind band of @archiepiano and @lucyuttleydrums with special thanks to MD extraordinaire @mattdahanmusic for being one of the loveliest, talented and inspirational humans I have ever had the chance to work with ❤️

Also a special shout out to the fans, for the love, support and personal fan art - all of which is incredibly appreciated 💫

The biggest thank you goes to @calleyonthekeys who continues to support me and comes to every show I do ❤️ love you so much 😊

Until next time! 💫
