Hi everyone 👋 this video was a year ago when Ava was only 1 years old.. can’t believe she’s already 2 for nearly a month now!

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted last. I took a bite of a break due to healing from a condition I had. Doctors thought I had Lyme disease from a tick bite but turns out it wasn’t and they still aren’t sure what I’m experiencing. Anyways, hope you are doing well and enjoying the last few months of 2021 🤍 by @bend.it.like.bailey

Yesterday was a day to reflect about the history of Canada that has been hidden and massively misleading and covered up.. and to remember the children of residential schools. 🧡
I will never celebrate Canada day ever again. How could we after the truth that has come to light over the last year. How can you be proud to celebrate such atrocities. Genocide .. murder of indigenous people and their culture. I am lost for words. My heart goes out to the families that have been ruined, to the lost children that are now being found and the survivors of residential schools 🧡 by @bend.it.like.bailey

Some active flexibility work tonight while Ava insisted on watering my plants 🌱 by @bend.it.like.bailey

When you know, you know! Today I knew it was a good day to do a workout in the sunshine 🌞 and ended with some handstand fun after making sure my wrists and forearms were warmed up and good to go 🤗🤸🏻‍♀️
Then me and Ava spent the afternoon in the forest on an adventure 🌲🐿
I hope you all are enjoying your weekend! by @bend.it.like.bailey

This isn’t the smoothest handstand but my practice is mostly about falling down a thousand times and developing awareness within myself than it is about holding a handstand. I’ve been training with @siddirwin to help me understand the fundamentals on pressing and to push me to be stronger. He is a professional coach who will get you results. All you have to do is show up! Ive been training with him for less than two weeks. I’m a self taught handstander and sometimes you just need a coach to push you a little harder. I was feeling stagnant in my practice and he’s helped me see things differently from a biomechanics view. 🧐 ⚙️

Imagine if all the stories everyone ever created in their heads were published and printed?!
I think we would run out of trees to make the paper 😂 but albeit there would be a few good ones to read 🙃 by @bend.it.like.bailey

Really trying to feel my skeleton in all these transitions.. is that even possible? Maybe it’s all in my head but doesn’t mean it’s not real.. it’s real for my head 😆🙏🏻

And ps.. yes I am obsessed with classical piano.. call me old lady... 😂 mute the video if you can’t stand it lol

Not a bad way to listen to the birds 🙃 I feel like I could have gone deeper in my scorpio shape but I didn’t want to risk falling all together as I was feeling fatigued after some brutal handstand push ups 😂 anyways... I hope the weather is good wherever you are and you moved your body in a full-filling way today 🙏🏻💪🏼☺️ by @bend.it.like.bailey
