Work order #2 Upgraded turbo 135i
Owner: @maanditooo
Concern-
-Diagnose low boost condition (40FF/30FF)
-install new 7.5” intercooler!
-make it buss again

Vehicle in for charge pipe boost leak.
After fabricating charge pipe to mitigate leak I encountered 30FF. Failure to make target boost. 4k rpm, falls on its face. From prior knowledge we know we can blow turbos from having a boost leak by overs spinning them. Let’s confirm everything is good before we remove those turbos. Ultimately after checking all the boxes everything pointed toward the turbos. Dropped the turbos and found waste gates not closing all the way. I was fortunately able to save his @dynamicautowerx turbos at the shop. N54s are not the problem, it’s the owners. This one got blessed with a good owner. Thank you for trusting and bringing me your business @maanditooo
Want to give a special shout out to @benn_welds from @oonnafabrication for welding that charge pipe for me on this build. by @benn_welds
