The 100th time’s the charm, innit? Will you be there for the final rehearsal, except this time, the main show has officially begun. Every round of testing has helped us perfect each recipe and, of course, our chefs never complain about taste-testing!😏 What you see here was one of the test versions of a dish that’s making its way onto our upcoming brunch menu. We have made a few delicious tweaks since then, so trust us, come expectant! Our full brunch/lunch menu is now live, and reservations are open! Sunday, Aug 2nd, 2:00 PM Reserve your seat | www.thebuka.ca Link is in our bio. #archivebuka #thingstodoincalgary #afrofusion #yamarita by @bernicealade
Now, this is one perfect summer drink ☘️🍹, here are a few tips: . •Do not keep the muddled mint leaves in too long, it turns the drink bitter . •If you want it as cocktail, add rum . •Strain out leaves and lime, if you are anti-garnishing lol . •You don’t need to muddle the mint but the mint releases oil faster . •Don’t over muddle, again to prevent bitterness . 🎶Bad influence- @omah_lay Follow @bernicealade for more recipes 😋😁 . #mocktails #summervibes by @bernicealade
