POSTS STORIES REELS

Everyone’s doing the documentary trend so now it’s my turn?! 🎬

The short version: one artist. One palette knife. A lot of plaster. Work that now hangs at Society Salon Ottawa on Sparks Street, Ottawa’s most aesthetic and chic salon.

Selected for the Art of Service at the Canadian War Museum in support of veterans. Shown at the Fairmont Château Laurier. And this September - a featured exhibition at GCTC in Wellington West + the West End Studio Tour, Sept 19 & 20.

Every piece: hand-sculpted, one of one and archival sealed. Minis starting at $150.00 at the West End Studio Tour.

The September shows will be your chance to stand in front of this work in person - texture doesn’t translate through a screen. You have to see it.

DM me “TOUR” for September details. 🤍

POV: you walked into a theatre in Ottawa and the walls were covered in hand-sculpted textured wall art. 🤍

that’s real. that’s hanging on Wellington West right now, tonight, in the dark, with no one looking at it.

15 original pieces in the Fritzi Gallery at the Great Canadian Theatre Company. all named in Latin. all gloss-finished. all one of a kind - not one of them will ever be made again.

the thing about the gloss finish is that it catches the light and shifts all day. the same piece at 9am and 4pm is not the same piece. photos get maybe half of it. you really do have to stand in front of them.

three years of charity galas at the Château Laurier. the Art of Service show at the Canadian War Museum. a wall at @societysalonottawa. and now fifteen pieces of my own in a theatre. ✨

the gallery just closed for the weekend, so here’s what I’d do: save this post, then come Tuesday.

📍 Fritzi Gallery, Great Canadian Theatre Company
1233 Wellington St W, Ottawa
🗓 on view now through November 2026
🕛 reopens Tuesday 12–5 · Tue–Fri 12–5 · Sat 12–4 · closed Sun & Mon
🏷 90–1,850 CAD · insured shipping across Canada

don’t want to wait until Tuesday? DM WALL and I’ll send you the full collection tonight - every piece, every name, every price.

3 things I notice in sculpture art 🤍

The shadow moves all day. The texture catches light in a way print never will. And every edge has been touched by hand.

Built in heavy-body plaster over fine linen and metal armature, in Ottawa. Each piece is the only one of its kind.

On display at the Great Canadian Theatre Company until November 15.

I’ve watched many people walk up to these now. Almost all of them reach out their hands before they say anything.

You can’t help it. The surface is plaster over linen, carved back by hand, and it looks like it would feel like something. It does.

I’ll be in the gallery myself on Friday November 6, 6:45pm to 7:45pm, before the Romeo and Juliet concert. Come and find out what it feels like.

Until November 16. GCTC, 1233 Wellington St W. Free to walk through.

POV: you’re walking through my first solo exhibit at the Great Canadian Theatre Company. ☁️ 💫

I still have to pinch myself. Seeing Bespoke Art’s textured sculptures on these walls is one of those, is this real? moments - and I’m so proud to invite Ottawa to experience them in person for free.

Photos can’t quite capture what happens when the light moves across every fold, shadow, and layer. If you’ve been looking for a piece that makes a room feel collected, considered, and entirely yours, come see the work up close.

The exhibit is free and open to everyone - whether you’re an art lover, a design person, planning a gallery date, or searching for the piece your walls have been waiting for.

📍 Great Canadian Theatre Company, Ottawa

🕒 Open during GCTC hours: TUESDAY - FRIDAY: 12 - 5 PM
SATURDAY: 12 - 4 PM

Additional Hours During Shows

The women whose homes I admire most in this city?

They didn’t hire someone to make everything match.
They chose things that meant something. Things that made them feel something when they walked in the room. Things that said this is who I am - not this is what was on sale.
There’s a difference between a decorated home and a considered home.

This weekend, I’m showing my art at Stop #13 on the West End Studio Tour - Saturday & Sunday, September 19th and 20th, 11am to 5pm.

If you’ve been thinking about adding something to your home that is meaningful, this is your weekend.

No pressure. No gallery intimidation. Just come see what calls to you. 🍂

Details @westendstudiotour.

And later this fall - I’ll be sharing more info on something big. A solo exhibit at the Great Canadian Theatre Company.

More soon. 🎭

my camera roll is 4,000 photos of art you can’t buy yet.

this saturday, that changes 🤍

once a year, WEST artists show their art for two days. i will show new 3D sculptures on canvas pieces, have signed minis that exist for this weekend only, and the thing a screen will never give you: the 2+ inches off of the canvas. the ridge throwing a shadow across half the wall. the surface changing every time a cloud passes.

each piece takes about a month to become itself - armature under the canvas, plaster bandages, coat after coat of joint compound, hand sanded between every coat. texture can’t be photographed. it has to be stood in front of.

🤍 saturday + sunday · sept 19 + 20 · I’m at stop #13
🤍 signed minis from $150 - weekend only#
🤍 originals from $850, ready to hang, 1 year guarantee
🤍 insured shipping across canada

the next chapter is on its way: my first solo exhibition at the Great Canadian Theatre Company #gctc, late september through november.

pick your winner 🥊

rock. paper. scissors. shoot - the wall sculpture edition.
swipe and choose yours.

🪨 rock - the heavy hitter. dense as carved stone.
📄 paper - the smooth one the light pours over.
✌️ scissors - the sharp ridge that throws the longest shadow in the room.
💥 shoot - the reveal that ends the blank wall.

here's the part you can't see:

every piece starts as a bare canvas and an armature skeleton. plaster bandages wrap the bone. coat after coat of joint compound goes on - each one dried, then hand sanded, before the next is allowed to begin.

nearly a month of hand sculpting for one piece.

some rise two inches off the canvas,, some 4 inches and they change with the light all day, and can never be made twice.

some pieces have been displayed at the Château Laurier and the Canadian War Museum. one is on display at the ultra chic Society Salon Ottawa.

one of one, hand sculpted in Ottawa · originals from $850 CAD · minis from $150 WEST tour weekend · insured canada shipping · 60 day guarantee.

see it in person:
