♥️ 🌞 🌍 🚀 OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED 🚀 🌍 🌞 ♥️ Hello Beautiful Souls,   It brings me a tremendous amount of emotion to share this with you all.     I feel so proud to share this creation and gift of mine that initially begun through a heartbreaking time.    A dream that came to life, an absolute commitment to creation, a dedication to passion, a purpose with determination and a co-creation with spirit.  The loss of a mother, at whatever age is heart wrenching. So yesterday, on the day of my Mothers birthday, cross of sleeping phoenix, the Self-Love Journal was officially launched and this journal is a tribute to her. 🌹   To the Mother. To all Mothers. The Mother in me and the Mother in you. To the inner child in me that lost her Mother, to all the children losing their mothers, daily.     I dare you to feel, I dare you enter into it all. For it is a gift beyond any.  To nurture and nourish all that you are, to unconditionally love yourself over and over, in it all and through it all.     This journal is more than just a journal, it will take you on an inner journey into you, your very own 21 day healing retreat. We truly are all so magical, I feel blessed that this was intuitively what unfolded for my 13 year old teenage self during a time of despair, I took myself, my feelings and my emotions and found the beauty and wonder in writing, in expressing during huge loss, grief and pain.     What a beautiful discovery and blessing during a very painful time. Teaching me about the pain and the pleasure of relationships, of life and death and of rebirth. Of cycles and seasons. Of endings and new beginnings.   What a blessing it is to discover your inner realms, to navigate your emotional landscape, to travel into the depths of your seas. The freedom I experience is what allows me to truly live out and role model. Through this I encourage and support others to journey with me.     I invite for you to feel, the full spectrum of emotions, to see what art and magick can come from these depths… Continues in comments ♥️ by @bespoke_journey

⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾𖤓 ⋆⁺₊⋆ Samhain ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾𖤓 ⋆⁺₊⋆ As we call upon our loved ones to come in Take time to pause in deep reflection as the veil becomes thin And give great thanks to all life during this time, to commune with spirit and lead us within To hear the call, to listen to all, for it is here that you may encounter the dissolving of a wall Pay attention, listen deeply and remember to speak your words sweetly May you come to meet, finely and completely ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾𖤓 ⋆⁺₊⋆ Photography 📸 @mikaela_rackham by @bespoke_journey
🍁 Kundalini Yoga at SunFyr Barns 🍁 Autumn is Vata season. Vata in Sanskrit means wind. Responsible for movement linked to air and space, i.e transporting blood and nutrients. The practice tomorrow we are looking to pacify Vata. When vata is out of balance it can leave us feeling unsettled and ungrounded with feelings of overwhelm, overthinking and anxiousness. This practice will be a slow and steady rhythm working with the nervous system and bladder meridian. The intention for the practice tomorrow is to bring you into a calm heart and steady mind 🫶🏼☺️ Would you like to join us tomorrow, Friday 11:15 AM - 12:45 PM? ✨ Kundalini & Connection ~ 4th November ✨ A little invitation to come as you are… to slow down, reconnect and share in a beautiful morning of movement, energy and togetherness. 🌿 As we move deeper into autumn, we invite you to take a little time for yourself… to soften, breathe and simply be. And a gentle reminder… children are welcome too. 🤍 We know that finding time for yourself isn’t always easy when you have little ones, and we believe connection and community should be accessible to everyone. If you’d love to join us but have your children with you, just let us know beforehand. We’ll thoughtfully create a soft, welcoming space for them to settle, explore some quiet activities or simply be alongside us, sharing in the energy of the morning in their own way. There is no expectation for them to participate… just an invitation to be part of the space. 🌸 Because community is about supporting one another, embracing the different seasons of life and making room for everyone. 🌙 Wednesday 4th November ✨ Kundalini & Connection A space to connect with yourself, with others and with something a little deeper. Come as you are. You are welcome here. 🤍 Spaces are available to book now, and please do reach out if you’d like to bring your little ones. With love Louise and Katie Booking link in bio by @bespoke_journey

✨ What if the thing you’ve been needing most… is simply space to reconnect with yourself? ✨ Not another thing to achieve. Not another expectation to meet. Not another place where you need to be anything other than exactly who you are. Just space to breathe… to move… to feel… and perhaps let go of a little of what you’ve been carrying. 🌿 Kundalini & Connection is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself. Through Kundalini yoga, breathwork, movement and moments of stillness, we create space to explore, release and reconnect… with our bodies, our energy and one another. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to have practised yoga before. You don’t even need to know what Kundalini is. You just need to come as you are. 🤍 There is something truly beautiful about gathering with others, sharing a space where nothing is expected of us and everything is welcomed. Perhaps you’ve been curious for a while… Perhaps something in these words resonates… Perhaps this is the little nudge you’ve been waiting for. 🌙 Our next Kundalini & Connection gathering is Wednesday 4th November. Spaces are available and we’d love to welcome you into our growing community. ✨ Come curious. Leave feeling a little more connected. Book your space through the link in our bio. 🤍 by @bespoke_journey
