September🍂 HOLIDAYS ARE OVER ☀️😢 4 months left of the year. Four months to lock in, refocus and finish the year feeling proud. Summer is over. The holidays are done. The late nights, meals out, weekends away and “I’ll get back on track when I’m home” 👋🏼 Time to get back into a routine. 🔒 Back to training consistently. Back to prioritising nutrition. Back to getting steps in. Back to drinking water. by @bethdear.fit
2.5 Year Transformation ✨ Losing 40kg changed so much more than just the number on the scale. 😳 Yes, My appearance changed… but so did: My confidence My relationships My discipline My self-esteem My self-love The biggest transformation wasn’t physical, it was becoming someone I never thought I could be. Choosing to take that first step isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about how you show up every day, how you speak to yourself, the confidence you build, and the person you become along the way. You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to start & i am so glad i took that leap with @coachedbyld @lil.ashtonn all that time ago 🥹🫶🏼 Ps. Guess my favourite day in the gym 🤣 Back & Bi's always!!💪🏼 #WeightLossJourney #Transformation by @bethdear.fit

A snippet of goodness from a difficult little week ❤️‍🩹 by @bethdear.fit
A little mid week reset at @eightwellnessclub 🛁🫧🥶🧋 Never been an avid cold water lover, give me a warm bath any day of the week 😂 but after exploring the benefits of contrast therapy more i have made my goal to keep trying it out & I have to say the cold tubs & the heat from the sauna hits like nothing else! (Once i learnt how to breath) 😂🧘🏼‍♀️ Any recommendations for spots in the North East to try like this let me know 👇🏼🥶 by @bethdear.fit
Looking back at pictures from 2, 3 & 4 years ago i will never not be incredibly proud of the journey i have been on & the progress i have made. The last few weeks i really have crept back into old habits of focusing on the number on the scales. After losing 6 stone, seeing that number creep up again even just slightly has been difficult & in all honesty had sent me spiralling a little. Instead of asking, "Why have I gained weight?" I should be asking myself "Am I still becoming the person I want to be?" Because in a world where being skinny seems to be the goal, that's never been mine. I absolutely don't want to be the smallest version of myself. Reminding myself that I want to be strong, healthy & i want to enjoy meals with family and friends without guilt. Looking back at the last few months i really have enjoyed every second of life, holidays, meals out, night outs, work events... just enjoying life! I want to train hard, build muscle, improve my fitness, and create a lifestyle I can maintain for years & that has absolutely been my focus for the last two years! Reminder that the scales can tell me a number, but they can't tell me how strong I've become, how much confidence I've gained, or how much healthier my relationship with food is. Yes, the numbers have slightly increased but so has the weight i can now lift above my head, so has the distance i can run, and I have continued showing up, and continued building a body that works for me. My healthy reminder to myself that My goal was never skinny.😌 by @bethdear.fit
A bloody gorgeous bank holiday! ☀️🏄🏼‍♀️🍕🌻 by @bethdear.fit
🌼 Spring Games 🌼 @fithouse___ What an incredible morning at the Spring Games ☀️🏋🏼‍♀️ The energy, the atmosphere, the encouragement from everyone, and the feeling of pushing yourself outside your comfort zone! There’s something really special about being surrounded by people all challenging themselves, lifting each other up, and enjoying every moment of it together 💪🏼🤍 A year ago, I never would’ve seen myself doing something like this. My confidence, strength, and enjoyment for training has grown so much, and it’s all thanks to finding a gym environment that feels supportive instead of intimidating. In a world where gyms can feel scary and overwhelming, be more like Fit House 🖤 by @bethdear.fit
Friday, Saturday 🔐 Spiced my life up with Porridge instead of yog 🥣 Double Bubble Saturday @fithouse___ 🏋🏼‍♀️ StarB's & Work ☕️💻 Daily Trip to Tesco 🛍️ & convinced myself i'm allowed back on the beds since my eczema is flaring up 😊☀️ by @bethdear.fit
