POSTS STORIES REELS
[𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟖 - 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑] Betraying The Martyrs have decided to part ways. After a 15 years old very successful career that has seen the French band perform over 990 concerts throughout the whole world, BTM have decided to call it a day. As we’ve always been, we’d like to remain transparent with you guys, who have been supporting us for all these years and through so many events. Today's world’s economical situation, and never ending increases in touring costs (during & right after Covid) took a massive toll on all of us, financially but also individually (physically and mentally) and we simply came to the conclusion that we don’t have the strength to move forward together anymore. For the past months, we have been struggling to function as a band, to make consensual, unanimous decisions and to be able to all look in the same directions. That being said, it is with a lot of emotions and a very heavy heart that we would like to present to you our very last piece, a beautiful 7 minutes-long music video that took us immense efforts in the making. A farewell gift for you all to enjoy. Watch and share the band’s final offering « The Veil » - OUT NOW everywhere and on all platforms. (link in bio & story) https://youtu.be/I5eyx5YPgYY We would like to thank every single one of you for all those beautiful years spent together, we will cherish those memories for the rest of our lives. With Love, BTM. by @betrayingthemartyrs

⬇️ BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS ⬇️ Dear BTM fans, friends and followers, If you've been following us, you know that those last 2 years have been incredibly challenging for our band. After having all our gear and personal belongings burnt in a trailer incident followed by a global pandemic right after our last album's release as well as Aaron's departure from the band a few months ago. We felt down. Many would have decided to call it a day, and we wouldn't have blamed them for it. We asked ourselves for weeks, locked in our homes, doubting, if we had the strength to keep moving forward. If we still had that flame. If it was still possible to overcome such tremendous difficulties. Deep down, we already knew the answer. Writing Music and touring the world has always been our dream, our priority, what forged our Lives path, and we've always felt incredibly lucky to be able to do that for a living. We do not take it for granted. We're extremely excited and proud to present you our brand new single "Black Hole" alongside our incredibly talented new singer @theruimartins ! Rui is the most down to earth, hard working, truly gifted vocalist we've ever had the chance to work with. His ideas, creative directions and fresh inputs has brought us the exact renewed energy we were looking for, and it's been a phenomenal experience writing together for the past few months. We already have A LOT of material written and we're pleased to tell all of you that we will enter the studio this November! On one last note, we're VERY excited to officially announce we signed a new worldwide deal with @outoflinemusic1995 . We love the relationship we're building with them, they've been day-one fans of our band and it's a real pleasure to be able to work with such passionate people alongside incredible bands such as our friends in Ten56, Novelists, Being as an Ocean, Ashen and many others to come. 😉 We count on every single one of you guys to show your support, now more than ever, and to welcome Rui within the BTM family with open arms 🖤 Love, Victor, Valentin, Baptiste, Boris, Steeves and Rui x Watch the full music video NOW & let us know what you think of the track! by @betrayingthemartyrs
