Did you know that Ansley Park and Westview were planned by the very same mind? 🏙️🌳

Back in 1910, developer William J. Davis wanted to create a stunning “residence park” in southwest Atlanta. To do it right, he hired civil engineer Solon Zachery Ruff—the mastermind who had just designed Ansley Park. 📐Ruff took his signature style across town, replacing rigid city gridlines with:✨ Flowing, curvilinear streets✨ Winding roadways that hug the natural hills✨ Hidden green pockets and park views.

Next time you are cruising down the winding roads of Westview or taking a stroll through Ansley Park, you are walking through the exact same architectural vision.

Which of these two historic neighborhoods do you spend more time in?

Drop your favorite spot below! 👇

Development > displacement - with @b3homeservices talking with @brooksthepayne about their new build which highlights the @atlantabeltline partnership program keeping folks’ property tax increases paid. This is essential to keeping our legacy members here while simultaneously building them equity. by @betterbuiltblocksatl

Proud to be present with the ATL Wedding Vendors in the Atlanta Pride Parade. 🏳️‍🌈

Atlanta is stronger when everyone has a place to celebrate, build a life, and call it home.

Wheels down at ATL - what’s next? ✈️

Skip the surge pricing and the parking. Hop on MARTA at the airport, ride the Red or Gold line, and you’re home. That’s accessibility.

Step off the train into neighbors, local shops, and block-level pride. That’s community.

Airport, work, game day, family: it all connects. That’s connectivity.

City living gives you confidence in where you’re headed, a place you’re proud of, time back in your day, and peace of mind.

Buy a home near MARTA for under $350,000. Real options in some of Atlanta’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

WE’RE BACK! Want to make $50,000 in equity on your next home purchase?

The entrance sets the tone: a two-story foyer with a white-oak stair, black metal balusters, a mezzanine landing, and a 10-ft window. Hand-scraped hickory engineered hardwood runs through the main floor. The kitchen has an oversized Calacatta quartz island, black herringbone tile that climbs to the ceiling, floating shelves, a farmhouse sink, a 36” range, and a walk-in pantry. The main level also includes a bedroom with a full bath, a glass-door office, and a flex room with a 60” linear electric fireplace that opens to a 390 sq ft covered deck with dual ceiling fans.

Upstairs are a loft, laundry, two secondary bedrooms, a hall bath, and the primary suite. The primary bath has a fluted double vanity, brushed-gold fixtures, and a curved frameless walk-in shower with a pebble floor. Every door in the house is solid-core, and all drywall is glued and screwed.

Behind the walls are a fully reframed floor system on an engineer-prescribed foundation, LP SmartSide siding, MI windows, a Carrier HVAC system, and spray-foam insulation at the roofline. The home is all-electric, with gas lines stubbed at the range and furnace for future flexibility. A third-party engineering firm inspected every stage of construction, and a home-buyers warranty is included at closing.

The deep 50x170 lot ends in a private walled backyard, with block walls that recall the street’s industrial past.

Washington Park, the neighborhood’s namesake, opened in 1919 as Atlanta’s first public park for Black residents. Today it has a tennis center and the Washington Park Natatorium. The home sits across from the fire station and diagonal from KIPP WAYS, on MARTA’s 51 route and an 11-minute walk to Ashby Station. The AUC is minutes away, as are Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, and the Centennial Yards district taking shape downtown. Find your next block here!

The best thing about buying an older home? You really can’t go wrong fixing things. 🎨🏡

These homes date back to the late 19th century — built well before phones, internet, or YouTube tutorials existed. And yet here I am, making repairs with more information at my fingertips than any homeowner in history ever had.

Plus, let’s be honest: these homes are built more durable than most of what’s going up today. Solid bones, real materials, character you can’t recreate.

Combine that with walkability, and Atlanta — especially Southwest ATL — is the place to be. 📍

Congratulations to @x.alejandra.xx & @aj.strom - Westview’s newest neighbors! 🎉

These Atlanta creatives closed on their first house today. I couldn’t be more proud to play a smart part in getting them connected to their home here in Southwest Atlanta. 🍑

Shout out to the @bilingualloanofficer for helping us get this one set up. 💰
