FRIDAY. by @betterl8studio

PLAZA ABSTRACTION 011
ALL BLACKRIVER REMIX
For @betterl8studio @goodvibesfb
Made of 100% Dallas community personal ramps by @betterl8studio

Flight home got cancelled. We’re in Dallas now. We got another remix park debuting at another event Saturday at @betterl8studio 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

it’s been insane trying to figure out the next move since we got dumped on with a foot of snow up north- all the flights got cancelled for the next 5 days. All it took was one message to @goodvibesfb and @betterl8studio came to grab me in Austin and now we’re working on a new remix park for the scene here using brr ramps donated by locals. It’s so crazy to see the plot unfold. Currently sleeping in the studio and working day and night on this park with borrowed tools from the community. Jay runs this studio and he came to the chopped and nailed event the other day to spin some dj screw for us, turns out he’s the biggest screw head and has all the coolest shit inclduing this insane studio. This is his space he hosts some community events at. Been such a niche rewarding experience. Stars are aligning so perfectly.

Massive shoutout to @betterl8studio for the southern hospitality, feeling soo blessed!! Can’t wait for Saturday. by @betterl8studio

I hope everyone has had a good year. For some of us, it's really tested us with all sorts of challenges, but I'm happy to look at these videos and remembr how lucky I am to have a hobby in which I'm surrounded by so many incredible people. Incredible Friends. I think we can all agree in that. I know I take forever to edit. I once had the chance to spend a whole night speaking and learning from one of my heroes when it comes to this fingerboarding, filming, and editing shit. One thing I will never forget is his words saying how everything has to be perfect. It's not just about slamming clips together and putting a soundtrack to it. There's excitement, memories, emotion and you must have the right song for it, because you need that energy to show. He said there's videos he still hadn't dropped because he never found the right song to go with it. That made me feel better lol. This one[along with pretty much every video I have ever filmed, edited and uploaded, goes(Gone) out to you, Harald(@TheDirrtyHarry)].
I am beyond blessed to have the friends and the hobby I have. One of creativity, style, friendship, and pure fucking fun.
If you read this far, Thank you for sticking around.
Happy Fucking New Year to everyone! We're gonna finish the year strong with one more edit of us breaking in what we hope can become the home of Dallas Fingerboarding in 2026, @BetterL8Studio/@L8Sessions. More info coming soon. For now, hope you enjoy the vibe.
Full video up on the Tube, Link in bio.
Thank You.
