Three years ago I started tending my life like a garden.
What you water is what grows. What you water is what you harvest.
And a gardener doesn’t plant the seed and leave it… she tends it, daily, on purpose. Becoming isn’t one decision. It’s choosing what grows, over and over.
It won’t happen overnight. But believe it will happen. 🫶🏻 by @bexyhurt

Most people are doing it backwards.
They think they need to do more and have more before they can finally become who they want to be.
So they wait for the result, the proof, the “one day.”

At BE-IT we flip it. Identity first.
You decide who you are and the actions follow. Not the other way around. You don’t wait to become who you want to be. You choose it now, and every action becomes the proof.
And the best part? your not just chasing the outcomes.
It’s the journey of becoming and choosing growth.
It all starts with a decision. 📈

3A METHOD
Showing up as the person you want to be a constant choice. If you aren’t auditing where you’re at how are you gonna know what’s keeping you stuck.
Most the time we are standing in our own way.
This is what I do every month to continue to choose growth 📈
Don’t wait for the new year.

Become who you know you can be! by @bexyhurt

The thing with a big vision is not everyone can see what you see.
Keep growing, hold onto that belief and remember why you started 📈🫶🏻 by @bexyhurt

What we say matters 🤎 by @bexyhurt

Every morning before the chaos begins, set the destination. If you don’t choose it intentionally you will be shaped by other people opinions, pressures or fears.

A lot of us think we will become who we want when things settle down, one day. The only moment guaranteed is right now.
Decide who you want to be, write it down, choose the growth and watch your life change. 🫶🏻 by @bexyhurt

Your mind is the soil everything grows from and most the work happens beneath the surface. Everything you want is already in you… maybe it’s just a seed that needs the right environment.

Failing isn’t the scary part… staying the same is.
You were made to grow. There is more in you it’s time to believe it 🤎

IT’S TIME TO GATHER 💛 by @bexyhurt

Are you spiralling up or are you stuck in the same cycle?
So many of us repeat the same cycle over and over again never growing into who we want to be deep down.

When you focus on identity (who you want to be) then intentionally choose growth especially when you hit the pain points that’s how you unlock new levels.
You’ve been stuck at the same point for too long it’s time for a change…
