After 10 years in event marketing—countless online and offline events, social media strategies, content creation, and three years as the community manager of @surfskate_hamburg_community —it’s time for my next chapter. I’ve seen firsthand what communities can do. How they make brands stronger. How passion creates real connections. But I’ve also seen how many companies focus only on reach—rather than building true communities. 👀 They chase likes instead of fostering relationships. 👀 They invest in ads instead of people. 👀 They hope for virality instead of long-term engagement.
