To kickstart our 12 week challenge, one of the rules; each week we do 1 new activity apart from our usual strength training. To warm things up we started with a mobility class at @beyondbalance.tt 🍃

Thank you so much @chillwithcel for having us💕 the girls and I really enjoyed it! We will definitely be visiting again, it was much needed and so much fun!

To my girls who missed this one, we have 11 more to go🤭

2 variations, same effect 🙌🏼

I don’t always like to refer to moves or poses as beginner or advanced because sometimes a beginner can achieve “advanced” moves and someone advanced will have trouble with a “beginner” move.

It’s individual! We all have different capabilities and natural range.

Flexibility isn’t just about doing the splits. 💛

It’s about moving through life with less pain, more freedom, and more confidence.

Regular flexibility and mobility training can help you:
✨ Improve posture
✨ Reduce stiffness and everyday aches
✨ Increase your range of motion
✨ Support better strength and balance
✨ Lower your risk of injury
✨ Recover better from workouts
✨ Move more easily….whether you’re lifting weights, running, chasing your kids, or simply getting through your day.

You don’t need to be naturally flexible to start. In fact, that’s exactly why you should.

My classes are designed for real people, with progressions for every level. Whether your goal is to touch your toes, feel better in your body, or finally achieve a split, we’ll work towards it together in a safe, supportive environment.

Your body deserves more than just exercise, it deserves to move well.

✨ Come stretch with us. Your future self will thank you.
