POSTS STORIES REELS

After a few health setbacks, I’m finally getting around to sharing these.

So much change in the air - moving into new seasons, of weather and of life. Uncertainties dwarfed by the joy of possibilities.

Such an odd time of year - summer feels gone, but autumn hasn’t yet arrived. So much anticipation on the horizon. A reminder to find peace with the in between, because nothing in this life lasts forever.

End of roll frames that just make my heart flutter. Basically straight scans because @photovision.co freaking killed it.

I hope your Friday feels like eating marshmallows in the kitchen sink and jumping on the living room couch.

And that’s a wrap on our Paris adventure. These are some of my favorites. The “nothing” moments. My son picking his nose while waiting on a cab. The kids sharing a bed. Strangers that I thought were captivating. The throw-away frames I took at the airport so I could get the film out of my camera. That is the essence of film to me.

Sarena loves recklessly - with abandon. She gives as if the well of her heart won’t run dry, and by all appearances - it won’t.

These are the little snippets of life that will flash before my eyes on my death bed - of that I have no doubt. How blessed am I to get this slideshow of my life of love in advance of my time coming to an end? To fully absorb their magnitude while I can still embrace those that played a part in them.

Paris, part 1.

Our daughter learned about Paris last year and immediately asked us if we could take her. Although being 7 time zones off from home, getting way more daily steps than usual, and experiencing some record breaking summer temps aren’t easy on littles - we survived it and some.

Showing your children the world is such a blessing.

4 weeks until school starts back, but I don’t want to talk about it. 🌞

I’ve taken most of the summer off, and I’m behind on posting. The “18 summers” that we get with our kids seem to be rocketing by, and I just can’t convince myself to spare any unnecessary time without them. Will my business take a hit? Yes. Do I care? No.

Posting on a Thursday afternoon because the summer is the Wild Wild West, and ya girl is just doing her best 😆

We’re not ready for her to go but are so proud - and can’t wait to see what she’ll do with her future.
