New episode. Out now. Ricky Hughes is in the building. 🏃🏾‍♂️

On the latest episode of Success SZN, Brandon Williams and Deneen Busby sit down with @rickyfromst.louis, founder of @stlruncrew, to talk about the moment his life started pointing somewhere new.

Ricky had a change of heart. Something was pulling him in a new direction, and at the time, he couldn't name what it was. He answered the call anyway.

By trusting the process, he found out where it was leading. Now that calling brings the Lou together, block by block and mile by mile.

If you've ever felt something tugging at you that you can't explain yet, this one's for you. You don't need the whole picture to begin. You just need to take the first step.

Real stories and honest conversations about mindset, discipline, and growth.

This is your season to tune in.

A special thank you to Craig Mitchell, who lent his voice to the Club and added an amazing cinematic element to this project. Craig, we appreciate you. 🎙️

Now, go behind the scenes with our 2026-27 Youth of the Year candidates. 📸🏆

Before the essays were scored and the speeches were judged, these ten teens stepped in front of the camera and showed up exactly as they are: confident, focused, and ready.

Aliyah P, Caleb S, Jaylin S, Karter A, Lakshita R, Legacy J, Leon N, Makenzie S, Marley S, and Toritseju A, thank you for bringing your whole selves to this process.

You wrote the essays. You sat in the interview chair. You stood up and spoke your truth in front of a room full of judges. That takes real courage, and every one of you showed it.

And a special congratulations to our Final Four:

⭐ Toritseju A, TCOE / SLIP
⭐ Legacy J, TCOE / SLIP
⭐ Leon N, TCOE / SLIP
⭐ Lakshita R, TCOE / SLIP

(Listed in random order)

This competition was never just about one title. It was about young people discovering their voice, owning their story, and leading with purpose. You did that, and St. Louis saw it. 💙

Another round of love for the Staff, Judges, and Friends of the Club Mentors who walked alongside them every step of the way.

The journey isn't over yet. Join us November 19th at the BGCSTL Great Futures Gala, where we'll officially name the 2026-27 Youth of the Year. Learn more at bgcstl.org.

Shoutout to our Club Members at the Teen Center of Excellence on an incredible haunted house! 🎃

From the concept to the final scare, you brought this thing to life. The creativity was on full display, and you created a space where our community could come together, laugh, scream, and make memories.

This is what being a Club Member is all about: having big ideas, working together to make them real, and building community along the way.

We're so proud of you. Y'all really did that! 👻

Owning a pro basketball team at 23. 🏀🔥

@khaliacollier didn’t wait for permission to become a boss. She saw an opportunity, bet on herself, and stepped into ownership at an age when most people are still figuring out their first job.

On Success SZN, Khalia opens up about her journey to owning a basketball team at 23 years old: what it took to get there, what she had to learn fast, and what it really means to lead when you’re the youngest person in the room.

It’s a real conversation about vision, confidence, and building something of your own before the world says you’re ready.

The full conversation with @iambrandonmw and Deneen is out now on all major podcast platforms and on our YouTube channel. Subscribe now so you don’t miss it.
