Bike Build Day started as a simple idea: show up, build something real together, and see what happens when your team actually makes something with their hands.

With Computacenter, 200 teammates did exactly that. Running assembly lines, managing supply chains, and quality-checking every bike that rolled off the line.

From first-timers fumbling with wrenches to the quiet ones who turned out to be natural floor managers, the day became a reflection of how people actually work when the work actually matters.

“I’ve been in this industry a long time, and I’ve never seen our team move like that,” says Jennifer Pearson at Computacenter. “Nobody was checking their phone. Nobody wanted to leave early. That never happens.” by @bibu.builds

This week I take the stage at Benevity Live in Scottsdale.

Most volunteer programs are designed for attendance. We design them for connection.

Thursday I’m breaking down what happens when you stop planning events and start engineering experiences.

If you’re there, come find me. by @bibu.builds

150 people. 150 bikes. One hour.

That’s what happens when you put employees on a human-powered assembly line with real music, real energy, and a real mission. Strangers become teammates. Execs hand wrenches to interns. Something shifts in the room and everyone feels it.

We’re BIBU Builds. We’ve produced events with teams from Owens Corning, Computacenter, Associa, and many more. Thousands of bikes donated to kids across the country, helping them get to job interviews, sports practice, tutors, and more. by @bibu.builds
