Bruh, WE FINALLY DID A COMP TOGETHER 🥹 @mvmtosteo, and it definitely did not disappoint! 😤
Those gee up’s were probably the most intense shit I’ve ever experienced, plus the slap in the face that I never knew I needed 😂
But in all seriousness man, your attention to detail when it comes to the one percenters are literally game changing! I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate you 🫶 PUT SOME RESPECT ON THIS MAN’S NAME 👑

Massive shoutout to the king @phamstring, round 3 and the man STILL has not missed! One of the few people I can trust to always come through with the edits 👑

Also big shoutout to @vichat_phin for coming down and helping out with the raw footage! This was huge! So thank you bro 🫶 (you’re up next)

Lets get back to it 🤝 @coachjamesv by @big_lifty

$A little feel good moment.. The 1st leg session since my stress fracture back in Feb 🥹 We might be back 🤞 - @coachjamesv by @big_lifty$

Day 2/3 - Upper B - @coachjamesv

We’re running 3 upper days at the moment until my leg heals, even though it’s a bit off our intended track.
The upper gains in both strength and aesthetics have been HUGE!

The main challenge is staying on top of recovery which has been a bit hit and miss with sleep 🥲

But as soon as you figure out your range when it comes to hitting RPE9-10, the gains are 📈

Day 1/3 - Upper A - @coachjamesv

• Since starting with James, I got introduced to a style of training that prioritised intensity over sets and reps.
This included 1-2 sets, SOMETIMES 3 sets of an exercise and usually around the 6-10 rep range.
Lowkey this has been a gamer changer 👑

My personal takeaways using this style of training:

• limits undershooting due to fewer sets - (people typically push the hardest on the last set.. this limits that and forces you to push every set)

• better fatigue management through workout

• time efficient

• ability to push exercises harder

• lowkey the quickest I’ve noticed my gains. Who knew training hard = gains 🤯😏

On top of this my workout usually take <1hr unless if I’m caught yapping or procrastinating with my camera 🥹

Subtle things that can make a big difference for your videos:

- Slow push ins/outs (dynamic movement)
- Sound effects (MAJORLY UNDERRATED)
- Framing
- Close up shots to show detail/emotion
