Only those who die get closure; the living do not

Surviving is winning; everything else is bullshit

Everybody wants something. Money. Power. Revenge. The question is: what are you willing to lose to get it?

In the end we all pay for the choices we make

A man can outrun the law, his enemies, and even his past for a while but he’ll never outrun the condition of his own heart.

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”
— Proverbs 4:23

I keep your shadow where the sunlight can’t reach,
like a melody that never found the beat.

Your name still rides the smoke when the night’s too quiet,
and every star looks borrowed,
like heaven forgot who it was shining for.

I’m learning that missing you
ain’t always loud
sometimes it’s the silence
that knows your voice by heart.

So I wear this distance
like gold around my neck,
heavy enough to notice,
too precious to throw away.

If love’s a highway,
I’m still parked where you waved goodbye,
engine running…
hoping your headlights find me by @bigbam.fr

Almost through February, and I just want to remind someone: you’re still here, and that alone is powerful. The goals you set at the start of the month didn’t expire because life got heavy. Progress isn’t always loud or visible. Sometimes it looks like getting up when you’re tired, choosing discipline when it’s uncomfortable, and trusting the process even when you don’t see immediate results.

This season is about stacking days. Brick by brick. Small wins. Quiet growth. The person you’re becoming is being built in moments no one else sees. Don’t let doubt, delays, or distractions convince you to stop. Adjust if you need to, rest if you must, but don’t quit. You didn’t come this far just to lose momentum halfway.

Remember: the middle is where most people give up. So if you keep going, you’re already separating yourself.🤺

“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9

Finish February stronger than you started it. 🏂 by @bigbam.fr

Ohhhh January. Yall Open ya hearts let me cover it right quick.

God, as we step into February,
we thank You for carrying us through what we didn’t think we’d survive
and for waking us up with breath still in our lungs and purpose still in our hearts.
In this month of love, teach us to love the way You do
patiently, honestly, without fear, and without conditions.
Heal the places in us that learned to guard instead of trust,
and soften what life tried to harden.
Order our steps this month, Lord.
Guide our decisions, sharpen our discernment,
and give us the courage to walk away from what no longer serves Your will
and the faith to walk toward what does.
Bless our minds with clarity,
our bodies with strength,
our spirits with peace,
and our homes with protection.
For those feeling behind, remind them that Your timing is perfect.
For those feeling broken, remind them that You are close to the crushed in spirit.
For those waiting on answers, teach them how to rest without losing hope.
Let February be a month of alignment
where distractions fall away,
where discipline replaces doubt,
and where obedience opens doors we couldn’t force on our own.
We place our goals, our relationships, our finances, and our futures in Your hands.
Cover us, correct us when needed, and continue shaping us
into who You called us to be.
We trust You, we thank You, and we walk forward with expectation.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen. by @bigbam.fr

If you don’t mind, I’ll pray for us right quick.

God,
As we step into this new year, we come with open hearts and humble spirits. We thank You for carrying us through everything the last year demanded — the lessons that shaped us, the battles that strengthened us, and the moments that reminded us we are still standing. I pray blessings over everyone reading this.
May this year bring clarity where there was confusion, peace where there was heaviness, and strength where there was weariness. May dreams that once felt distant begin to feel possible, and may courage rise in hearts that have been hesitant to believe again.
God, place greatness within each of us — not just in success, but in character. Teach us to walk with purpose, to love deeply, to forgive freely, and to move boldly toward what You’ve called us to become. Let doors open that no one can shut, and give us wisdom to recognize when it’s time to walk through them.
I pray for healing — emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. For growth that doesn’t rush but lasts.
For discipline that aligns us with our calling.
And for faith that remains steady, even when the path isn’t clear. May this year be marked by elevation, alignment, and abundance — not just in what we receive, but in who we become. Cover our families, our friendships, our goals, and our futures.
We step forward believing that what You have planned is greater than anything we leave behind.
Amen. by @bigbam.fr
