A bus tour in Windsor that actually drives into the River Thames… 🤯🚌🌊 We had so much fun experiencing Big Duck Tours! You get to explore Windsor by road before splashing down into the River Thames, so you get to see Windsor from both the road and the river. 🚌🌊 You also learn some really interesting facts about Windsor along the way, making it such a fun and different experience for the whole family. We saw Windsor Castle, spotted ducks and boats along the river and had such a lovely time! Definitely something a little different to add to a Windsor day out! 🤍 📍 Big Duck Tours, Windsor @bigduckwindsor AD | PR Visit #BigDuckTours #Windsor #BerkshireDaysOut #FamilyDaysOut #ThingsToDoWithKids by @bigduckwindsor
We may not have the answers… But we do know a good day out when we see one. 🤭 by @bigduckwindsor
🦆 Have you ever been on a bus that suddenly turns into a boat?! 👀🌊 This is the @bigduckwindsor – something we’ve wanted to try for ages, and it definitely lived up to the hype! You start off exploring Windsor by road, taking in the sights and learning loads of interesting facts from the guide… before the Duck splashes into the River Thames! That was definitely our son's favourite bit! 😂 Once you’re on the water, you get some pretty amazing views of Windsor Castle – I still think this is one of the best views of the castle you can get in town. There are two tours to choose from: 🦆 Swan Splash — roughly 70% river, 30% road, so more time cruising past the castle and Eton (1 hour, from £27) 🚌 Mallard Splash — an even 50/50 split of road and river, taking in the Long Walk and the Crown Estate too (1 hour, from £27) Why we loved it: 🦆 A completely unique way to see Windsor 💦 The moment the Duck hits the water is brilliant fun 🏰 Some of the best views of Windsor Castle 📚 You learn loads of interesting facts along the way 👨‍👩‍👦 Great for families – especially if you’ve got little ones It’s one of those things that feels a little different from your usual Windsor day out – and definitely one to add to your Windsor bucket list. Make sure you follow us at @windsoruncovered for insider tips and local secrets - we really want to show you the best spots here in Windsor! #bigducktour #windsorboattours #thingstodoinwindsor #windsoruk #visitwindsor by @bigduckwindsor
LA looks great… but they don’t have a Duck driving into the River Thames. 👀🦆 by @bigduckwindsor
