It’s not about perfect . It’s about effort . And when you bring that effort every single day , that’s where transformation happens. That’s how change occurs 🤞🏾🤞🏾

405 went up. Then I decided to push it to 515… and that’s where things didn’t go as planned. 😂

Could I have gotten hurt? Absolutely.

This is why I preach using your safety bars. You never know when a rep isn’t going to go your way. Doesn’t matter how strong you are or how experienced you are.

Leave the ego at the door. Set your safety bars. Give yourself a chance to walk away and lift another day.

A little precaution goes a LONG way.
