Set this expectation at your next listing appointment! 0 - If we receive an offer within the first 30 days, we should work to close it, as your first offer is typically your highest. 3 - After 30 days, if no offers, but we have second showings, reduce 3%. 5 - If only first showings, reduce 5%. 7 - If little to no traffic, reduce 7% Comment below if you’ve tested this out, and follow along for more tips! #pricingstrategy #thisiscompass by @bilekjohn
Over the past 8 years, I’ve had the opportunity to attend ALL 9 retreats, so here are the most impactful lessons I’ve learned! #thisiscompass Get your tickets early before all the best sessions sell out! Rally your friends, there’s magic in attending the retreat together! Come in early to play golf, tennis, or pickleball at the Compass Cares Classic, our premier networking event! Keep coming back every year because the relationships get stronger and stronger! Find your people through @compass affinity groups for curated networking events, and we (your SM team) can help! It’s a large event, make your connections from feeder markets in advance and plan to meet when you arrive! Go with intention, take the sessions that will benefit your business most! Quality over quantity! Strive to come away with 3-4 meaningful connections rather than draining your social battery all retreat! See you in Dallas in ‘27! Connect with me to learn more about #maximizing your retreat experience! by @bilekjohn
