Meet Dakota! ❤️🧡 by @billieg_16

Had an amazing afternoon performing at @1in12club as part of the @bradfordqueercollective PROUD & PISSED OFF event! 🏳️‍🌈❤️

It was such a brilliant event celebrating queer voices, creativity, community, and the power of coming together.

A huge thank you to everyone at Bradford Queer Collective for putting on such an ace event and for giving me the opportunity to share my poetry and perform alongside so many amazing people.

I’m incredibly grateful for every opportunity I get to perform my work, connect with new people, and use poetry as a way to tell stories, start conversations, and celebrate our communities.

Here’s to more poetry, more performance, and more queer joy! 🏳️‍🌈✨

BRADFORD PRIDE - WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! 🏳️‍🌈❤️

On 15th August, I had the privilege of performing my poem “Unafraid” live at Bradford Pride.

This poem is very personal to me. It explores what it feels like to be queer in a world that can make you feel like you need to hide, shrink yourself, or change who you are just to feel safe.

But ultimately, it’s about taking that fear and turning it into strength.

Standing on that stage in Bradford and sharing these words was an incredibly powerful moment for me. Poetry has given me a way to turn experiences into something that can be heard, felt and hopefully understood by others.

Thank you to everyone who listened, supported me, and helped create a space where queer voices could be celebrated. ❤️

First day loaning this gorgeous boy today and we had a great time chilling in the stable because it's too hot for either of us to do anything 🤣 don't think I'll be working him until next week because of the heat but oh well, more time to work on our bond and getting to know each other before I get on! 🩵 by @billieg_16
