I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with my great friend Peta Heinsen of @Matteau to style her beautiful home. Spaces like this don’t just come together by chance—they’re the result of thoughtful choices that create a sense of harmony and balance. Peta’s home is a masterclass in layering: vintage treasures, sculptural lighting, striking art, and tactile natural materials all working together to tell a story. There’s a wonderful tension between old and new here, making the space feel curated yet deeply personal. And for those dreaming of a home in Noosa, this incredible house is now on the market through @harcourts_prestige. It’s a rare opportunity to make a truly special place your own. If you’re curious about how to bring this kind of layered warmth and character into your own home, I’m always happy to share ideas. The lush landscaping at our Netherby Rise project brings instant holiday energy. Layered greenery, textured stone and a round above-ground pool craned in to sit proudly in its elevated position. Proof that with the right design, a pool doesn’t need to be inground to make a big impact. Build: @clean_line_builders Architect: @owen.architecture Interior design: @bindyward.design Landscaping: @noosalandscapetile.co Photo: @catherineschusler #noosabuilder #sunshinecoastbuilder #tropicallandscaping #roundpool #abovegroundpool #sunrisebeach by @bindyward.design
