Oh sweet Fiona girl, we miss you so much. You were taken from us far too early — twelve years isn't long enough for loving you. 🥺 I hope you're flying around in heaven, eating all the fruit and cheese you want. I love you, Fiona. 💚

Everyone say hi to my new bird, Blueberry! He is a Bourke's parakeet and loves to chirp all day. He's such a sweetheart, he's my little baby bird :) by @bird.lover.leafy

BIRD TIME!!!: Hyacinth macaws are a type of large parrot that hails from the Amazon region of South America. They often pair together and stay within large flocks. Often, they are wanted as exotic pets, so they are smuggled and illegally taken from reservations. These beautiful macaws deserve all the attention in the world ♡ by @bird.lover.leafy

BIRD TIME!!!: Mourning doves are a native species to most of North America and often migrate in large groups. Indiana has an abundance of these birds and are commonly seen year-round. Biologically, they are similar to pigeons and do not have much if any variations between sexes. They are hunted for game and are the most common bird hunted throughout the year. Most of them are grey or brown and have pink feet, a thin rounded bill, and round bodies. I adore these birds so much! They always seem so peaceful and calm, so I wish I could be their friends 🥰 by @bird.lover.leafy

BIRD TIME!: This is Cleo, my green lineolated (barred) parakeet. His species is native to Central America and the upper parts of South America. Generally, they may flock together for safety, as they are small like their relatives, budgies. They are known to be temperamental and silly under human care, though they are ALWAYS adorable! Everyone say hi to my birdie :) by @bird.lover.leafy

BIRD TIME!: Reed Parrotbill - This odd-looking bird is native to Southern Asia in reed-filled areas. Though the other family of birds is mentioned in the name, a parrotbill is only called such due to the large beak it has to obtain its food. I find them quite charming! by @bird.lover.leafy
