ABOUT DRIP GLOW
A pilates-inspired mat class that mixes cardio to the beat with toning work for your arms, legs, booty and abs. I designed and perfected it myself, and you can only take it at Drip Society pop-ups until the studio opens. All levels welcome, and every move comes with options to tone it down or amp it up.

Hiiii! My name is Bitsy Foster & I am the owner of Drip Society, a new gym coming to Webster Groves, Missouri!! Here is a little bit (or a lot!!) about me, who I am, why I’m doing this & what i love in this life!!!

My whole life I was told I was big boned. I was put on diets in elementary school. Somewhere along the way exercise became a punishment and my relationship with my body became something I didn’t want to look at.

In January 2016 I moved to Kansas City alone and decided everything was going to change. I was so scared to get on a scale that I had stopped going to the doctor. Then I got strep throat and had no choice. The number was 297 pounds. I was devastated. But I didn’t lose my motivation.

I signed up for a gym membership. The day I joined I was so scared I just signed up and left. Didn’t even look around. The second time I showed up for a spin class, stood outside the door, and walked back to my car. The third time I went at 6am so it wouldn’t be crowded. I walked in. I took the class.

That was the beginning of everything.

I learned to lift weights. I fell in love with group fitness. I got certified and spent years teaching packed rooms full of people who just wanted to feel better in their bodies. Fitness had gone from something I was terrified of to one of my greatest joys.

In 2023 I moved back to St. Louis. My now husband was here, and so was home. I went looking for a gym that fit where I was now, in my 30s, with a body that no longer wants HIIT every single day. I wanted the programming done for me. A weekly schedule. Mat classes I could count on. A place to show up, turn my brain off, and know I was doing something good for my body.

I couldn’t find it. So I built it.

I’m a certified Group Fitness instructor with six years of experience teaching strength, sculpt, and cardio. My passion is teaching women how to strength train for their individual body and understand why they’re doing what they’re doing, not just follow along and hope for results.

Drip is for everyone who has ever stood outside a room they were scared to walk into. You just have to show up. I’ll take it from there.

It’s Bitsy B*tch!! HBD to the queen who is classy, sassy, and very bad-a$$y! Bitsy destroys us on the mat, but fills our heart with so, so much joy! One of the most genuine humans we know. It is truly an HONOR to have Bitsy on our squad, and we are endlessly thankful for Alex for uniting us!

Bitsy there is something magical that happens when you get on the mic. It is no secret that we encourage all new staff to observe Bitsy’s Yoga Sculpt, as it masterclass of motivation on the mic!

💛 You don’t need 100 guests to celebrate love.

Bitsy & Brent’s intimate family elopement at Villa Medicea di Lilliano near Florence was proof that a wedding can be both small and grand. Just their closest people, heartfelt vows, and Tuscany wrapping them in beauty.

The day began slow and joyful, with wine from the villa, laughter echoing through historic walls, and a dramatic rainstorm giving way to the most magical sun just in time for the ceremony. 🌿

They said “I do” in front of the fountain at the end of the lemon tree path, celebrated with local wine, and dined inside under candlelight and flowers.

It was romantic.
It was personal.
It was them.
