3 days Half guard workshop with @hoooon_ee completed ✅ Huge thanks to Prof Hoon for sharing his knowledge and incredible details over the past three days. And thank you to everyone who joined us and made this workshop such a great experience! Such special guests @hojucooper training at last workshop. Honored to training and have you here!! He is One of best guard passers in Aus And definitely host him for next workshop soon🔥 Stay tuned 🙌 (I was going to tag everyone, but I’m too lazy, so only tagging the black belt club🤝) by @bjjjun98
Half guard workshop with prof.Hoon!!! At Our daily All level class 7PM In countries like Korea and Japan, where athletes have traditionally been smaller compared to their Western counterparts, lighter weight grapplers have developed highly technical styles designed to overcome size and strength disadvantages through minimal, efficient movement. In Jiu Jitsu, controlling space is everything. After all, strength can only be applied when there is space to move. Half guard takes away your opponent’s space and limits their options, turning a complex situation into a much simpler battle. But the simpler the battle, the more important the details become. Professor Hoon competes at roosterweight, yet he has one of the most detailed and sophisticated half guard games I have ever experienced. His home team, Wire Jiu Jitsu, is one of Asia’s leading teams, known for developing exceptional half guard players, lead by the creator of Choi Bar and makes a recent European Championship black belt bronze and jjif, ibjjf asian many ibjjf champions. This workshop is an opportunity to experience a different level of precision, efficiency, and technical understanding.🔥🔥 by @bjjjun98

New merch for the summer ☀️ Not a cheap shirt 220gsm heavy cotton brand shirt 💸 It might look like we’ve only just opened and we’re already making new merch, so everything must be going great. The truth is, we’re probably pushing ourselves a too hard. We just genuinely want to give the best environment and opportunities we can to everyone who chooses to trust us and train with us. That’s how much we care about what we’re building here. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported Kiren and continues to believe in us. It truly means a lot. ❤️ by @bjjjun98
