Ever seen a shed leaning in multiple directions? Well now our customers no longer need to.

Getting these cabin floors refreshed before the warmer weather truly hits! These maple floors have lots of character like saw blade marks and beatle holes. Our job is to make sure the character stays while sanding down the old clear coat and water damage.

Not all refreshes include a big demo! This beauty included some minor wall repairs, new paint, a new layout with new furniture and decorations. No walls had to be removed, the flooring was in good condition. Looks great!

I realized I never shared these photos! Maternity leave is a strange time. I miss doing design work but am so happy to have this time with my family.

The kitchen used to be on the other side of the room. This didn't give a lot of space for cabinetry or an island due to the location of walkways and doors. After going through a few design options the clients opted to go big and switch the kitchen location so they could have many of their wish list items.

Excited to see the nursury with its finishing touches! Our house is from 1938 and our intention is to keep and give as much charm as possible in each space we renovate. Great job with the design @adair.designs

At Black Lab Home Repair and Remodel our goal is to treat your home as though its our own.

What that means for us;
1. Taking the time to deliver quality work you're proud to point out to your friends and neighbours
(word of mouth is where get the majority of our clients)

2. Respecting your home by keeping a clean work space, and checking things over when complete

3. Not cutting corners. When we do work in our home, we know we're going to be looking at it often. We want to do it once and be happy with it. That means using proper equipment, materials, and experience to get the job done right.

Looking to get some work done? DM us or head over to our website in our bio.

A little side project for us this year is an enclosed garden. We torched the wood to help with longevity and pests, and enclosed it to keep out birds and critters. We planted a bunch of seeds and plants for a pollinator garden in the bricked area. We found these old bricks in the yard when we bought the place 👍

Looking forward to seeing everything grow!

At Black Lab Home Repair & Remodel we believe that quality starts long before the project begins.

1) We make sure we use the best materials within your budget.

2) We have a plan based on our experience and conversations with you to know your project goals.

3) We treat any home we're working in like it's our own. That not only means quality workmanship, but also respecting your home by keeping a clean work space.

4) Regardless of the project size, our goal is that our work speaks for itself. Word of mouth has always been the best form of marketing and we plan to keep it that way.
