Hi, I stream daily on YouTube, search: PTSDMMA

POSTS STORIES REELS

I walked into B&F Boxing Gym in 2021, got put through the meat grinder, canceled my membership, and returned to the woods/ street to train by myself.

I walked into Grundys boxing gym in 2023, survived the gauntlet, sparred hard everyday for a year, and officially made my amateur debut in 2024 (had competed in low level outdoor smokers prior)
I was knocked out cold by a heavyweight in Boston during the main event of a @usaboxing card.

I returned to B&F Boxing Gym in 2025, fought 2 amateur prospects, and then everything changed.

Coach Bert moved and closed the gym. Once again, I returned to the woods/street.
I tore my meniscus/MCL early 2026 in a freak accident and lost mobility in my right leg. I couldn’t run, jump, balance, or raise my leg. I continued to train. I ignored the pain. My MRI didn’t look good and the orthopedics advised I hang the gloves up and train for fun, as a hobbiest.

No rehabilitation, no physical therapy, no pain medication. All delusion. I endured and look at me now. Trading blows with a fighter I watch on TV.

Big shoutout to Impact Boxing, I wasn’t sure what direction my life was headed in before Coach Noel invited me and said I could come down and spar with you all.

I’ll try apply myself for once in my miserable life. Thank you for the opportunity.

(Here I am sparring @ufc vet and @bareknucklefc fighter Kris Moutino at Impact Boxing Gym.)

@dylhvr The only sparring tape on my page is with my coach, Professional Boxer and Impact Boxing Striking Coach Noel Alvarado as well as UFC Vet, BKFC competitor, and MMA Coach Kris Moutino… And Undefeated Professional Boxer Damon Towns…

Sorry man, I share my experience to capture memories, not impress strangers online.

Sorry but you’re wrong, I have fought, and everyone I train with is a licenced professional.

You’re a spoonfed sun dodger. I am your antethisis. You’ve got mommy, daddy, friends, family, and a boat load of experience.

All I’ve got is balls, and SHHH, don’t bother, they’re absolutely bigger than yours.

You’re the guy who does everything right and cries when they lose. I don’t train at all really, show up, and make the fan favorite or local hero look bad.

Your coaches pick your fights. You’ve got a corner. All of mine are on short notice against bigger opponents with more experience, better preparation, and a legitimate team. I don’t have a corner, a coach, or take classes.

You wouldn’t compete against the men I have unless you did your fight week ritual. I just goon, suck dih, smoke weed, play the game, show up, and give it my best go.

Talk to me when you’ve fought at heavyweight small fry, sick of you pasty chuds attacking me online because I am a faggot, that’s all this is😂

Ain’t no amateurs besides me sparring on my page, you’re a hater nigga😭 #mma #ufc #boxing #lgbt #gay by @blackfemboynextdoor

I SPARRED A UFC FIGHTER! HOW DID I DO? (He’s my coach, this is our first session, I am a self taught kickboxer, and I am coming off of a year layoff due to an MCL injury) #ufc #mma #sparring #gay #lgbt by @blackfemboynextdoor

HARD SPARRING. Let’s talk about it:

I spar like this because I got knocked out before.

I fought someone I couldn’t employ martial tactics against. They were too big. Too strong. Too fast. Well trained. Better prepared.

Just like this. My coach is +190, I am -170. He’s a professional. I am an amatuer.

That’s how it feels when you fight someone your size who’s levels ahead of you. When you’re being fed to wolves. When it truly feels as if you’re fighting for your life.

To all of the experts online who deter beginners from sparring hard, you’re only doing them a disservice.

This is war, not a game. We were once gladiators and in times prior, when we lost, we died.

I am a survivor so I must simulate this experience but maybe you’re a dreamer, or an artist, and hard sparring isn’t for you. Entertain your mind. Feed your ego. Fight how you are, not the way you’re told.

There’s barriers you can’t break in this game without sacrifices, that said, spar to your hearts content and put your soul into every performance🥊 #boxing #sparring #ufc #conormcgregor #femboy by @blackfemboynextdoor
