Got @caleb_koskela ready for his competition next week in Las Vegas with this new helmet card. Such a fun project and I’m really starting to lean into this full color thing. Along with a new card, Caleb got hooked up with a new turnout belt by the B-Shift brother @anchovy_fire_leather. Good luck in Vegas, Caleb. And be sure to SEND IT 🤙 by @blackmammothleatherworks

Ready to SEND IT at worlds with this sick helmet card from @blackmammothleatherworks 🤙

Drew has been an awesome dude to learn from and has helped me so much starting my career in the fire service! He’s always the first one to laugh when I make a dumb mistake, but the first one to offer to lend a hand.

Go give him a follow and support the homie 🤙 by @blackmammothleatherworks

Finished up this radio strap for my guy @derek_mcnamara. Super fun project and design to tool on the bucket. The murdered out leather and hardware was a great choice. Derek and I went through EMT and Paramedic school what feels like ages ago. Check out those young bucks from the end of medic school ready to take on the world! by @blackmammothleatherworks

Finally finished up this mask cover for an A-Shift brother. First real attempt at painting and tried a new method for elastic. Hoping it works out for my guy and I thank him for his patience and creative freedoms on this project! Enjoy! by @blackmammothleatherworks

Put together this strap for an A-Shift sister who covers a lot of shifts when I need the coverage. Strap only to match the Boston Leather package she was originally rocking. Silver hardware with a silver buckle. Fun western font, big and bold. by @blackmammothleatherworks

Had the pleasure of making a radio strap for @chase.the.burn.mn. Small hiccup with the elastic on the holder itself, but we were both able to fix it. Super fun font and the pitbull on the holder sealed it. Justin is a solid dude who is a true brother. He reached out to support and not criticize the boys after a fatal fire in our city. The epitome of what it means to be a fireman. Give him a follow to track firefighter fitness and also his firefighter competitions. 🤙 by @blackmammothleatherworks

Finished up this helmet shield for myself after taking a short break to focus on some other little projects. A good learning moment was actually marking the screw holes from the existing pattern. I also understand why shields are stitched. We will see how long this holds up with just adhesive. Thanks for looking! by @blackmammothleatherworks

Finished up this camera strap for @northmetrofirebuff and his new camera set up. Caleb chose a very fun font to tool. We were both in agreement that something was missing and he motivated me to try my hand at painting. I very much enjoyed that process and we were both very happy with the final outcome. I hope it serves you well while you’re documenting all of your future ‘jawbs’. Give his Instagram a follow! by @blackmammothleatherworks

New turnout belt going out. Loved working with this font and it’s going to pair nicely with the radio strap recently finished. by @blackmammothleatherworks

A-Shift helmet card getting a little bendy at a house fire recently 🤙 by @blackmammothleatherworks
