It was worth the wait! We're so glad Faith attended our October jam and gifted us with their music talents. Thank you Faith for your singing, your instrument playing, and your humor, all of which made the event one of our best yet! Because of community members like you, our purpose is realized. Bejamin returned for their 2nd appearance with us last month! They brought a liking for bossa nova to our open jam and laid down some great vocals that we all danced to. Thank you Bejamin for supporting our space and continuing to show up as your full self. Always a pleasure, always a vibe! 🔥

Ray is a beam of light, an exceptional musician, and the epitome of Portland's music scene. By providing a foundational arrangement of keys at our recent jam, in addition to bringing several other instruments, they resemble the ethos of what we're creating. Thank you Ray for your time, your talents, your energy, and your whimsy!

Two words: that voice 🙌🏾 This was the sentiment for Justice, a new member who entered our space right as the last jam was starting. It was an honor to welcome him in a community where we find a common language through sound. Justice has an original new song "Dear Compatriot" out now available to stream – our bio link has the playlist with this track!

Wàshesi took initiative to inquire about our space the night before August's event! We're glad this happened, because the energy they brought moved us in exciting directions at last weekend's jam. Thank you for finding us, accepting us, and being a prime example of why we exist. We can't wait to see you next time!

Nicky is a multidisciplinary artist whose reach spans music, grant writing, poetry, business plans, and events. She's attended the past 2 jams and embraces our movement with warmth and helpful resource-sharing. Nicky talks the talk, walks the walk, and always uplifts community members in meaningful ways. Thank you!

Bethel currently holds the distinction of being our only guest who attended the inaugural jam and returned for another one! This value is priceless for our community. Bethel brings unique vocal harmonization and has sprinkled in rich percussive elements at our jams. Thank you Bethel for showing up, being involved, and bringing quality to this space!
