Long overdue shoutout for @kharihontz . Khari recently got back from the U18/U19 national team Camp in West Palm Beach. Here’s a clip of her this past weekend with @athleticskcecnl scoring the game winner against cross town rivals 👀 @gatorssoccer got a STUD coming to their program 🔜 Upward 🫡 by @blake_diesel

Please DM me if you’re interested in coming. by @blake_diesel

Had the opportunity to go speak at the brand new Career and innovations center at Blue Springs high school last week. I got the privilege to share my background in this industry and how @upward_kc uses objective data to make decisions while training and treating our athletes. Super grateful for @loganprins for having me out! Upward together by @blake_diesel
For those that don’t know, we expanded 👀 A sneak peak into our elite level facility and what we have to offer • @bridgeathletic • @vald_performance • @ovrperformance • @keiserfitness • @nikestrength @hudsonmadeprod by @blake_diesel
2.3 years of Upward. The reality of business is this - There’s more times than not when you have no idea what’s next or what obstacle will arise. Running a business is truly about being able to adapt and pivot when needed but always stick to your mission statement that is built upon on your core values. Thank you, Jesus. @hudsonmadeprod by @blake_diesel
Multidirectional speed and power day ✅ Followed up by introducing @ovrperformance Velocity to some of our athletes. Using VBT cutoffs based on exercise emphasis has opened our eyes to how much athletes truly have left in the tank. Two consecutive reps below our set benchmark = set over. 📈 Hidden gem of VBT - Has shown our female athletes how much stronger they are than they think. @upward_kc by @blake_diesel
