Use SAVANNAH20 to save on their new DARLING nightgowns ✨ by @blakely.b

Fall wedding dresses and some fun accessories to go with! We were attending a wedding on a farm in the mountains, and I couldn’t decide on a dress 30 minutes before leaving 😂. A few cute options and one that was for sure a no! Which one would you pick?

My kids think I’m crazy (and I might be 😂) when I stop to forage plants for decor. This time they filmed me and laughed. Still so proud of my free centerpiece 😉. by @blakely.b

Would you believe me if I told you a couch fell from the sky?🛋
Do you believe in miracles?

This photo was taken at our friends wedding in NYC, one day after we moved there as newlyweds.
.
We lived in a 300 ft.² apartment. It was so tiny, John could touch both walls with his arms/legs lying on the floor😂. Trying to make this little place feel like our own, I was hanging a sticky-decal chandelier (so 2010 😂) when my foot went straight through the arm of the couch. I looked down and the arm of the couch was all the way up to my thigh, with my leg inside.
.
.
This couch belonged to the apartment. We were interns & students with little money, stressing to find a way to buy a new couch and figure out how to get it to our top floor walk up apartment 🤨. (This is pre-Amazon delivery folks) Shipping cost was outrageous!
.
.
About a week later I was walking down our charming tree lined UWS street just minding my own business, when right before my eyes 💥THERE IT WAS, the same couch, same color, same size, IDENTICAL, sitting on the curb in front of the prep school. I kept looking around in shock, I didn’t know what to do. I certainly couldn’t leave it there. Anyone who’s ever lived in New York City knows that one man’s trash on the curb is another man’s treasure and that couch would have been gone in a New York minute (wink wink)
.
.
I sat on the couch and laughed and cried. It was a miracle, a materialistic miracle, and small in importance compared to many tender miracles that happen to all of us, but it was so important to me. We still have no idea how, why, how, or where that couch came from.
.
.
You should have seen the two of us carrying it up the tiny staircase of our old historic brownstone to the top floor! A good laugh for sure!

Now do you believe me about sofas falling from the sky?! On a serious note, I believe in miracles. I believe that our father in Heaven loves us so much and he is aware of our needs. He’s aware of what’s important to us. We don’t always receive the miracles that we hope for, but he’s always performing them for us, and if you look, you will see small miracles every single day! ❤️ by @blakely.b

Life has never asked us to walk an easy road. We have survived things we never could have imagined. Dark nights, weeks, even months, but some how we always end up laughing til we cry. Through the losses and the wins, these women are my heart and soul. My greatest champions. My never ending well of love, advice, and laughter. Sisters make life so much better because they remind you every single day that you are enough!@ewride67 and @lisa.n.porter.7 missing in this pic. ❤️❤️❤️❤️#sisters #midlifemagic #hormonehealth #ageinggracefully by @blakely.b

⚾️ On team treat duty?
I made these baseball Rice Krispies for my son’s baseball game and they were a hit!!
So easy and cute ⚾️.

-Just make Rice Krispies as normal. (I always add extra butter of course 🧈)
-I used a mason jar to cut out circles and make them a little puffy/rounded.
-Draw the two red seams with a red icing gel.
That’s it! Easy peasy. by @blakely.b

Taste test Tuesday (on a Friday 😉) because it’s been a few months this one is good! These @thirstdrinks cream cheese filled pretzel bites were SO yummy! It was a unanimous 10/10! Although, we didn’t even save one for little brother sleeping while we taste tested. 😅 by @blakely.b
