Dear HIYM… I couldn’t be more happy with my time here. From late nights to competitive games, from tommy watching fight night to it being banned, from hard adorations to celebrating victory’s with everyone. This right here has been my rock for 4-5 solid years. If there’s one thing i could say about this place. It’s that it’s real. Real as in people in it, real as in presence of God, real as in joy from it. I would never in any life change how it was. You gave me a home and I can never repay it. These years of high school can be challenging but when i’d show up to any giving sunday or tuesday night. My life would get better. To the people who made yg so enjoyable. I will never ever ever forget you guys. I would kill for one more time singing wonderwall at luke 18 It sucks growing up but life has life. I hope that i have inspired those to become leaders with christ. I believe that everyone has an opportunity to be with God and to thrive with him. God has changed my life for so much good and it started here. i’ll end with bennett’s quote from luke 18 (that i helped with) “HIYM built the house to pray, you just have to walk through the door.” -blake by @blakem0108
