Still reeling over my shoot with Blakley media! Obsessed at how they caught our silly fun loving personalities! Find you a life partner that will take on the world with you (with the help of God), and you will never lack a thing!

So I did a thing…

I left escrow&title in August to be a SAHM as most know, but Jake and I decided shortly after I left we’d have me market for him so I could still enjoy the many friendships I had built during my time in escrow. Fast forward to February I’m taking my class and getting licensed!

During my time in escrow I realized I was very passionate about real estate and helping people achieve their goals. From first time homebuyers to hard money clients, I found joy and purpose in going above and beyond to be sure every client was well taken care of. I made it my personal goal to save people money wherever I could, and leaving escrow I realized I could make an even greater impact as a loan officer.

So cheers to new beginnings!! 🍻 Follow along as Jake and I take on CDA as a lending team 🤩

Most people know about conventional, FHA, VA… but that’s only a small piece of what’s actually available. 👀

One of our favorite parts about being mortgage brokers is having a BIG toolbox.

Self-employed and your tax returns don’t tell the whole story? Building an investment portfolio and want the property’s cash flow to do the heavy lifting? Have significant assets but not a traditional paycheck? There are options for all of it!

Not every program is right for every borrower, and more options don’t guarantee an approval. But having access to 100+ lending partners means we get to look at the whole picture and find the strategy that makes the most sense for YOU.

And honestly? The weird files are some of our favorites.

So if you’ve ever heard, “We don’t have a program for that,” don’t assume that means the answer is no everywhere.

Sometimes you just need a bigger toolbox. 😉

If you were to start the homebuying process now, you could be under contract in October, closing and moving before Thanksgiving, decorating for Christmas in your new home, and not paying your first mortgage until the New Year!

Let’s get you started!! by @blayrebentley

📉 “RATES DROPPED!!!”

Okayyyy… but before we all get too excited 😂

Yes, rates move — sometimes daily. But a small shift in the market doesn’t automatically mean a massive change in your monthly payment or buying power.

And the rate you saw screenshotted on someone’s story? That might have absolutely nothing to do with the rate **you** would qualify for.

Your credit, down payment, loan program, property type, points, credits and overall loan structure ALL play a part.

So maybe we stop asking:

“What are rates today?”

And start asking:

**“What are MY options today?”** 👏

Because that’s the number that actually matters.
