The wait is over, Blends is back.
It’s been a little while, but in Ayurveda, nothing is rushed, every herb is chosen not just for what it offers alone, but for how it behaves alongside the others. That same intention shaped all three of our blends, and they’re finally back on the shelf.
🌿 Golden Turmeric — to gently awaken and energise you each morning
🌸 Rose Latte — with Shatavari to soothe and restore through the afternoon
🌙 Moon Milk — with Ashwagandha to calm the nervous system before rest
Hand-blended in Yorkshire.
Ayurvedic wisdom, beautifully blended.

Love poured into ever sip. Because we know how much love you put into everything you do: we take exactly the same approach: Blended by hand by Ayurvedic Practitioners from the finest British dried rose petals, Indian Green Cardamom and Ayurvedic Shatavari. Simply mix into hot milk and relax. This blend reduces stress, inflammation and balances hormones. Give your body and mind a little love wit this simple daily ritual drink 🩷 by @blends.life

My blends Ayurvedic lattes are back - after selling out over Christmas! My handcrafted Rose, cardamom and Shatavari blend remains our bestseller and for good reason: carefully produced by hand by Ayurvedic practitioners in small batches, we use Dorset grown rose petals which are finely ground for a delicate taste. Paired with Ayurveda’s Queen of herbs Shatavari, cardamom and fresh powdered coconut milk - expect to feel calmer, nourished and glowing inside and out from the very first sip. We have artfully combined the ingredients we know as Ayurvedic practitioners will help alleviate inflammation and excess heat in the body - especially for those feeling stress, or with hormones feeling al over the place. Simply mix one teaspoon of our beautiful powder into your favourite hot milk/ plant milk. Available to purchase via link in bio 🩷 by @blends.life

One cup, one easy daily health hack.
Our Blends Ayurvedic Turmeric Latte is handcrafted with a thoughtfully balanced blend of double-strength turmeric, true Ceylon cinnamon, ginger and black pepper, infused into creamy coconut milk powder.
Naturally caffeine-free, sugar-free and vegan, this comforting drink is designed to support your body gently through the seasonal shift — when we crave warmth, grounding and a little extra care.
Turmeric is celebrated for its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, while black pepper enhances absorption, allowing your body to truly receive the benefits. Cinnamon and ginger bring soothing heat, supporting digestion and circulation, and creating that deep, cosy feeling from the inside out.
Whether you sip it in the morning to set the tone for your day, or in the evening as a nourishing wind-down ritual, this is self-care in its simplest, most delicious form.
Just add hot milk of your choice, whisk, breathe in the spices, and allow yourself a moment to slow down.
Forty servings in every pouch — a golden ritual to return to, day after day. 💛 by @blends.life
