5 book recommendations for the book girlies who love an MMC that yearns HARD 😍

A man who yearns is a man who earns ladies… if you’re a reader who loves slow burn romance, tension building, “he falls first” kinda vibes and we watch him yearning and pining after the FMC… I promise you will LOVE these books 📚

Which books would you add to this list? 👇🏻

No bookshelf is complete without Lehabah ❤️

Ever since I finished House of Earth & Blood (Crescent City 1) I just cannot stop thinking about Lehabah. She is possibly one of the most memorable side characters to have ever been written 😭

I had to get my own little Lehabah to guard my books! 🧚‍♀️ 📖 🔥 🌙

Tap the shopping bag on the bottom left corner to go to the Etsy listing where I bought her ✨

Book recommendations with a found family trope ❤️‍🔥

Literally one of my fav tropes EVER 🥹 there’s nothing I love more than when the FMC/MMC makes friends who become family. Something about it just fills me with love. It reminds me of me 🥹

There are sooo many books I could’ve recommended but I’ve whittled it down to a few of my faves!

Do you enjoy a Found Family trope in your books? 👇🏻

My friends are with me and I am not afraid 🥹

I’ve said before that no bookshelf is complete without Lehabah… but she needed a postal otter to keep her company ❤️

It’s been weeks and I am STILL not over crescent city. I miss all the characters so much 🫠

Have you read Crescent City yet? 👇🏻

There’s pretty books… and then there’s the Bewitched Pages edition of Phantasma 😍

Honestly SUCH a beautiful book, and I’m so impressed with the quality ✨

This may have convinced me to add myself to the waiting list for their monthly subscription book box hehehe

Have you read Phantasma? 👇🏻

Book review: A Court of Splintered Harmony (ACOTAR 6) by Sarah J Maas. Spoiler free 🥳

Oh my word, this book did NOT disappoint. I’m genuinely so shocked by the negative reviews cos I absolutely loved it 😭 it was so worth the wait and the perfect set up for the upcoming book in January!

I’ve seen people comparing this to ACOFAS but honestly I don’t see it… I’ve read ACOFAS 3 times now and I still couldn’t tell you what happened in that book, whereas ACOSH is engrained in my brain 🤣

As much as the treatment of Nesta and Cassians behaviour and hypocrisy pissed me off, I really enjoyed the strong emotions that this book envoked.

In my opinion this was perfectly written whilst also being very character driven. I LOVEDDD all the drama and I’m so excited for January now 😋

Have you read ACOSH yet? 👇🏻

October reading wrap up and whether I’d recommend the books with a yes, a no, or a maybe 👀 📖 💘 😛

Octobers been a gooood month. I had so much fun finishing my ACOTAR re read in prep for ACOSH and the new book did NOT disappoint!

There were a few DNF’s along the way, but we move 🤷‍♀️

Have you read ACOSH yet? 👇🏻

My 10 before the end 📖 😛 🧚‍♀️ ✨ 🌙

Ok so I am actually TERRIBLE at sticking to a monthly TBR so a general 10 before the end TBR list feels much more achievable for me. I know I can deffo get these read before the end of the year!

I finished ACOSH yesterday and… WOW. JUST WOW!!!! If you’ve finished it you better message me so we can tap 😛

I think for my next read I will finish Anathema and see how I feel, possibly read the whole series if I like it… then I’ll start making a dent on the books on this list!!!

Have you read any of these books? 👇🏻

I’m halfway through A Court Of Splintered Harmony (ACOTAR 6) and I NEEED to talk to you about my thoughts so far… and this will be spoiler free by the way so you can still stick around if you haven’t read it yet!

My biggest point at the moment is that I realllly don’t think you should read this if you haven’t read Crescent City yet. There are big spoilers and I also don’t think you’ll truly understand a major plot point without having the background knowledge from CC 😅

Sarah’s writing style has drastically improved since the earlier ACOTAR books and I’m seeing more of the top tier writing that we got in silver flames and the CC series, which is amazing!

There is SOOOO much beef going on… I just love the drama 🤣 somehow it feels more realistic, like they’re actually real people who experience conflict and resolution between themselves.

On the other hand though, the way Nesta is being treated is genuinely boiling my blood. LEAVE MY BABY ALONE!!!!

I’ve also gained massive respect for Feyre which I won’t speak on as I want to keep this spoiler free, and I am seriously loving the depth of character we’re seeing with Azriel 🤩

Overall I’m honestly loving it so so SO much! I think I’ll be finished by tonight and I’ll have a spoiler free review coming soon.

Have you finished ACOSH yet?👇🏻
