Super pumped to launch the first training phase in my custom online training app!

Off-season Phase 1 is designed to increase muscle mass, strength and establish a base for more intense training.

With video demos and tutorials for every exercise and step by step instructions, this is ideal for athletes in their off-season OR beer-leaguers just wanting to get into better shape.
