Congratulations to our teams at Bludorn, Bar Bludorn, and Perseid for their recognition in this year’s Texas Michelin Guide.

We’re thrilled to receive the honor from Michelin, with both Bar Bludorn and Perseid making their debut on the guide this year, a milestone that reflects each team’s dedication.

A big thank you to our incredible staff, and to the Houston community who continue to support our restaurants each day.

Cheers!

— Aaron Bludorn, executive chef + partner of Bludorn, Navy Blue, Bar Bludorn and Perseid by @bludornhtx

A weekend of mingling, music, and a little magic. ✨ Gather your favorite people for drinks before heading out on Halloween weekend, settle in for Sunday brunch with live jazz, or stay for dinner and a show this Sunday evening.
We can’t wait to welcome you in. by @bludornhtx

This Sunday, the past comes back to life. 🪄

Join us for Smoke & Mirrors: An Evening of Magic at Bludorn, an intimate dinner show where nothing is quite as it seems.

Your host is Ben Jackson, Houston’s most acclaimed magician. He’s a first-place winner at both the World Magic Seminar and the Society of American Magicians’ National Close-Up Magic Competition in Las Vegas, and he earned the Medal of Merit, an honor awarded only 7 times since 1902. You may have seen him on NBC’s Today alongside David Copperfield, on Candid Camera, or watched him fool Penn & Teller on Fool Us. For the past 10 years, his show Magic, Music & Mayhem at Four Seasons Hotel Houston has held the title of #1 show in Houston on TripAdvisor.

Expect theatrical mind reading, sophisticated sleight of hand, and plenty of laughs, plus a few special surprises created just for Bludorn guests.

Meanwhile, Chef Aaron Bludorn is raising a few old favorites from the dead, bringing back beloved dishes from Bludorn menus past for one night only. 🍽️

🗓️ Sunday, November 1st | 5 p.m.
📍Bludorn | 807 Taft

We’re honored to be named to @observer’s 50 Most Powerful People in Restaurants and Nightlife 2026, alongside so many people we admire in this industry.

When we started Bludorn, the idea was simple: fine-dining service in a room where you can actually relax. No tablecloths, no pretense, just giving our guests what they want, when they want it. Seeing that idea grow into five restaurants (and counting), and gamedays with the @houstontexans is something we never take for granted.

None of it happens without our incredible team, our alumni now leading kitchens and programs of their own, and our guests who fill our dining rooms every night. Thank you.
