Today is Election Day! 🇺🇸

Remember, your voice matters.

Take a little time today to make it heard.

And please be kind, we can disagree without losing our kindness and compassion for one another.

Some people celebrate Halloween.

Some of us were born for it. Literally. 😂🎃

There's something about Halloween that I've always loved. A little mystery, a little mischief, and the possibility that there's more to the world than meets the eye.

This time of year brings traditions of honoring our ancestors, remembering those who came before us, and celebrating the connections that continue beyond a lifetime.

Whether you're celebrating with costumes and candy, candles and ritual, or a little of both, I hope there's some magic in your day.

It's National Cat Day! 🐈‍⬛ (Or so I've been told)

Now, you might think that a yoga studio owned by someone born on Halloween would have a resident black cat.

And once upon a time, you'd have been right! His name was Alias😂

These days, Blue Moon's unofficial wellness consultants are two standard poodles. But I still have a soft spot for black cats.

And really, cats have yoga figured out.

They stretch whenever they feel like it, relax without guilt, and have absolutely no problem setting boundaries.

We could probably learn a thing or two from them. 😂

Happy National Cat Day! 🐾

And since the poodles have already had their moment in the spotlight, let's see your cats! Pictures welcome! by @bluemoonyoganj

There's more to yoga than postures.

Morning Practice is a chance to explore some of those other dimensions of yoga. Each week, we draw inspiration from different teachings, traditions, or contemplative practices and bring them onto the mat through movement, breath, and awareness.

Why people love Morning Practice:

🌸 There's always something interesting to explore.
🌸 A different theme or inspiration each week.
🌸 Classic Hatha yoga with room to adapt the practice.
🌸 A blend of movement, breath, and reflection.
🌸 A guided deep relaxation to finish.

Morning Practice - Fridays at 10:00 am (75 minutes)

We'll be sharing more about our classes over the next few weeks, but you don't have to wait! Email me at bluemoonyoga827@gmail.com or send us a DM. Tell me a little about what you're looking for - or just ask some questions - and I'll help you find the right fit.
