About Blue Papaya Hi, I’m Giulia, an Italian Communication Designer based in Spain. I worked for six years in creative agencies between Berlin and Milan, where I specialized in branding, digital design, and strategy. Over time, I felt the need to build something more personal, and that’s how Blue Papaya was born. A creative studio that helps independent brands grow through clear, purposeful, and beautiful communication. Now I collaborate with local and international brands in food, craft, surf, and wellness, turning stories into visuals that connect and feel authentic. Branding isn’t only what you design.
It’s also what you choose to reveal — and what you leave unsaid. A few shots from @mecalito_ early days. #brandphotography #creativedirection #restaurantbranding by @bluepapaya.design
Designing the posters for @mecalito_ ‘s events was one of the most fun and creative parts of this project. From concerts to DJ sets and skate events, I created a series of digital posters that translated the brand identity into many different visual expressions, each one unique, yet always recognisable. Content design that adapts, transforms and stays true to the brand. #brandidentitydesign #contentdesign #eventbranding by @bluepapaya.design
A mash-up of fragments from Mecalito’s launch: colors, sounds and visuals that shaped its identity. @mecalito_ is more than a restaurant.
It’s a place where food, skate and music blend into a shared rhythm, creating a community with its own pulse. A collection of moments that reflect the spirit of Mecalito. Branding, creative direction and social content for independent food and lifestyle brands. ———————————————————————— Una mezcla de fragmentos del lanzamiento de Mecalito: colores, sonidos y visuales que dieron forma a su identidad. @mecalito_ es más que un restaurante.

If you’re looking for support with your business communication, this is how I work. I follow a project-based approach: we start by understanding your needs, your brand, and the results you want to achieve. From there, I create a tailored strategy and visuals designed to help your business grow with clarity and intention — no templates, no generic content. You’re involved at the key moments, while I take care of the full process: strategy, content, visuals, and consistency. This means less stress for you, and a stronger, clearer presence for your brand. Reach out to talk about your project. #brandidentitydesign #creativebusiness #smallbusinessbranding by @bluepapaya.design
Connection begins in the smallest gestures. A breath. A pause. A hand that softens. #yogaphotography #wellnessbranding #creativebusiness by @bluepapaya.design
Working with @sandrawagneryoga meant translating her way of teaching into images, presence, awareness, rituals, and the calm rhythm of practicing both in person and online. Sandra helps people reconnect with their bodies and find a sense of grounding in a hectic world, through presence, awareness, and quiet daily rituals, both in person and online. She needed photographs that could reflect this essence: not just poses, but the softness, the intention, and the mindful rhythm behind her practice. We identified the themes that truly represent her work and built a visual direction around them: lifestyle, routine, online teaching, and the joy of mindful moments. Two shooting days shaped by natural light, softness, and an atmosphere that feels true to her brand. The final result is a curated catalogue of images that support her message, her teaching style, and the values behind her practice. For this branded photoshooting, I focused on the atmosphere behind Sandra’s online classes: the rituals, the light, and the sense of presence she creates at home. Some practices begin in silence. Before movement, before teaching, there is a moment where everything settles. These images capture that softness and the grounded feeling Sandra brings to her students, even through a screen. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Julio, the Andalusian artist behind @lancharro.ceramica , to design a logo that truly reflects his craft.
His vision was clear: a symbol that captures the connection with the earth, the raw texture of clay, and the natural imperfections that make handmade ceramics unique. Starting from these ideas, I experimented with real clay textures, blending them digitally to create organic shapes inspired by topographic lines and layered terrains.
 The result is a logo that mirrors the movement of the land and the materiality of mixed clays, a visual story rooted in craftsmanship and place. Stories behind branding. #brandidentitydesign #brandingstudio #logodesigninspiration #branddesigner #artisanalbranding #ceramicartist #handmadeceramics #designprocess #brandstorytelling #visualidentitydesign #minimalbranding #ceramicstudio #designinspiration #creativebranding #brandstrategy #bluepapayastudio by @bluepapaya.design
Every touchpoint matters.
For Lancharro Cerámica, I created a dynamic brand identity that works across every channel, from business cards to Instagram, from printed textures to digital layouts. A flexible visual system that keeps the brand consistent, recognizable, and true to its essence, whether it’s offline or online.
Because good branding doesn’t stay still, it adapts, evolves, and communicates. #brandidentitydesign #craftbranding #dynamicbranding by @bluepapaya.design
