Ready to hit snooze on your busy mind? 😴🌙

Try incorporating a gentle scalp massage into your bedtime routine. This spot above the ear is associated with GB8 (Gallbladder 8) in traditional Chinese acupressure.

Use gentle pressure, slow movements, and take a moment to breathe. Think of it as a little invitation to unwind after a long day. ✨

Save this for your next nighttime self-care ritual. 🤍

The best part? Your skincare and makeup can glide on more beautifully afterward.

Even the removal process is part of the relaxation. 🤍

And look at that glow… ✨

Before the serums.
Before the moisturizer.
Before we seal everything in with our leave-on products.

The skin is already looking plump, healthy, and beautifully hydrated.

That natural glow is a reflection of what a well-executed facial can do for your skin.

The glow starts long before the final step. 🤍

Cleanse → Exfoliate → Tone → Treat → Moisturize → Protect 🤍

✨ Proper cleansing is the first step to healthy, glowing skin.

✨ Exfoliation helps lift away dead skin cells and buildup, especially around areas like the nose where congestion can be more noticeable.

💦 Always tone after cleansing to bring hydration back to the skin and prep it for your serums and moisturizer.

It’s the little steps that make a difference in your skin.

This creates a clean canvas for the rest of your skincare and makeup.

POV: You had a BUSY facial day… and now the linens are working overtime 😂🏀🧺

While Tien @blushed.beauti is shooting those towels into the dryer, here are 4 skin concerns she can help you with during a facial:

✨ Dull & dehydrated skin
✨ Congestion & clogged pores

✨ Uneven texture & tone

Because your skin deserves a little post-workout treatment, too. 😉

Stop rubbing cleanser directly onto your face! 🫧

Try this instead:

1. Add just a few drops of your favorite cleanser to a foaming net.
2. Add a little water.
3. Work it into a rich, fluffy lather.
4. Apply the foam gently to your face and massage.

✨ Why foam first?
• Creates a softer, more cushiony texture
• Helps reduce friction while cleansing
• Spreads cleanser more evenly
• Makes a small amount of cleanser go MUCH further
• Gives you that luxurious, spa-like cleansing experience 🫧

A little cleanser + lots of foam = a little goes a long way!

Save this for your next at-home facial. 🤍
