A full plate. A fresh uniform. A proud walk to school. 💙

Today, BOAF Community is back in Akaruvusha Village, Gacuriro, for our second feeding program in Rwanda. We'll be serving meals and handing school uniforms to the children, because no child should have to choose between being hungry and being ready to learn.

This is the sequel to our foodbank launch, and a promise that we keep showing up. We're doing it in association with the National Child Development Agency (NCDA), with the Ministry of Local Government joining us soon.

To everyone who prayed, shared, gave and cheered us on: thank you. You are part of every plate served today. 🙏🏾

Want to support the next one? Message us.

October 2nd. Karuvusha Village. Rwanda. 🌍
BOAF Community × NCDA 🤝

We're bringing food. We're bringing school uniforms. We're bringing back-to-school items.

Most importantly we're bringing presence.

Because showing up is everything.
Our country director Martine Lutungula is on the ground and this community is ready. 💙

Drop a 🎒 if you believe every child deserves a fresh start.

66 years of independence. 🇳🇬
The heroes who fought for this nation didn't do it for money.

They did it for people.

So today as we celebrate we ask ourselves the hardest question:
What will the next generation celebrate about us?
Not what we earned. What we gave.

Not what we built for ourselves. What we left for others.
This is what BOAF Community stands for children fed, youth empowered, communities seen.
Because Nigeria's true independence isn't just on a calendar.

It's in every child who doesn't go to bed hungry.
Every young person who gets a chance.
Every organisation that chooses people over profit.
Happy Independence Day, Nigeria. 💚🤍💚

We move. Together.

We don't own anything.
We are managers. We are stewards.

You can have the best idea in the room.
The most original thought.
The most powerful story.
The clearest vision.
And if you don't share it, the world will never know it existed.

Create more than you consume.
That's what Olamibo learned.
And honestly?
That might be the most important lesson this entire bootcamp produced.
Because Africa is not short of brilliant minds.
Africa is short of brilliant minds who believe their voice is worth putting out.
Olamibo now believes hers is.
And we believe it too. 🖤
—
BOAF Creators Hub was never just a bootcamp.
It was a mirror.
We showed young Africans what they were already capable of —
and gave them the tools to do something about it.
Olamibo is now a BOAF Ambassador.
And her best content hasn't even been made yet.

The hardest thing about creating content is not the camera.
It's showing up again tomorrow.
And the day after that.
And the day after that.
Oluwatosin Omotoso learned something at BOAF Creators Hub that most creators spend years figuring out the hard way.
Consistency is not a habit. It's a decision. And intentionality is what makes that decision mean something.
🎬 In her/his own words.

Cohort One. Graduate Two.
Some people leave a programme with notes.
Oluwatosin left with a standard.
And that standard is going to show in everything she/he creates from here. 🖤

He already had the words.
Jesujoba Isaac is a spoken word artist.
He came to BOAF Creators Hub knowing how to move a room.
What he came to learn was something different.
How do you stop someone from scrolling?
How do you make a stranger care — in the first three seconds?
The hook. The story. The pull.
🎬 Watch what he took away.

This is Graduate Three of BOAF Creators Hub Cohort One.
A poet who now knows how to make the internet stop and listen.
That combination? That's dangerous in the best way. 🖤

Did you know?
The global creator economy is estimated to be worth over $500 billion, and it continues to grow as more businesses invest in digital content and personal brands.

Yet millions of talented young Africans are still held back, not by a lack of potential, but by a lack of opportunity, confidence and access to practical skills.
That's why we launched the BOAF Creators Hub.

And we've watched participants grow in confidence, tell better stories, create content they never imagined they could, and discover skills that can open doors to employment and entrepreneurship.

Today, many of them are taking the next step by joining us as BOAF Ambassadors, helping inspire others across Africa.
Because when you empower one creator, you don't just change one life. You amplify countless stories.
This is how we build opportunities. This is how we build futures.
