We trained together,
we struggled together,
and we crossed the finish line together.

First HYROX double mixed, Bangkok.
No excuses, no limits—just two people on a mission.
We showed up, leveled up, and finished strong.

5K itu bukan “cuma” 5K. 🏃‍♀️

5.000 meter, ribuan langkah, dan banyak effort yang kamu keluarin buat terus bergerak sampai finish.

Mau baru mulai lari atau udah sering lari, setiap kilometer tetap berarti. Yang penting, terus jalanin dan nikmati prosesnya. ✨

Yuk, lari bareng di Fitness First Running Club setiap hari Minggu! See you there! 🏃‍♂️💨

Some things have changed over the years.

New buddies joined the journey.
New jerseys were worn with pride.
New memories were made, one Sunday at a time.

But one thing has never changed, showing up every Sunday morning with the same passion to run, grow, and cross every finish line together. 🏃

10 years. One community. One unforgettable celebration. Stay tuned. The best is yet to come.

HYROX INA 2026: oke kita salah strategi🙂‍↕️

after HYROX BKK last year, our biggest takeaway was that we need to improve our running. so this year, we focused a lot on the run, lebih pd, and thought, PB nih.

and for the stations, our strategy was simple, yaitu gantian tiap sebelum cape. we didn't really set specific targets before switching bcs we want to keep moving efficiently and avoid burning out too early.

well.. malah terlalu nyaman🤭

to be fair, our running was much faster. tapieee we got too comfortable at the stations. which station held us back? all of them🙄 kita ga push hard enough di setiap station dan ternyata most of our station times di HYROX INA justru lebih lama dari yg BKK.

and that's HYROX. it's a hybrid race. not only just running, and it's definitely not just stations. we have to train both equally because the moment we underestimate one of them, it humbles us.. our fault🤣🫰🏻

remed deh. by @boboduluah
