Conversation with @buthothewarrior! 🎤🧡

He’s bringing a massive @jaivaglasgow night to the Southside of Glasgow next Friday at the Ivory Hotel. This isn't an ordinary party tho .... they got @bocaglasgow whipping up the food , and @we_enjoy_sound taking care of the Sound system 🔉

We also chatted about his EP, the track Pillars of Wellington and the inspiration behind it.

Plus, we got into his unreal Subculture set last Saturday night! 🔊

Our pal John finished his last round of chemo today and obviously he had to represent the Boca boys. If you see him out and about make sure you congratulate him by @bocaglasgow

🥪 Are these the best sandwiches in Glasgow?? 👀

🍴 Boca | 📍Southside, Glasgow

I LOVE a good sandwich and Boca has been on my list for the longest time! It’s tucked away inside @thecooperagegla , so you could easily walk past without knowing it’s there 👀

Swipe to see what we got 👉

And can we PLEASE talk about the portion sizes?! These sandwiches were MASSIVE and genuinely so filling 😂 Definitely the kind of lunch that leaves you happily full (and very satisfied) afterwards!

I’m already planning my next visit because that Chicken Milanese is calling my name 👀 I’ve also attached the menu at the end for all my fellow sandwich lovers ❤️

Now I need your help — have you tried any of their other sandwiches? And where else should I go for a really good sandwich in Glasgow? Drop your recommendations below because I’m always looking for my next sandwich spot 👇🏼

🥩 Beef Shin Focaccia (£11) – beef shin, gremolata, provolone, rocket, sautéed onions & peppers and black pepper aioli.

This was the one I had and WOW… I really enjoyed it. The focaccia was so fluffy and soft with that slightly crispy crust, while the beef was incredibly tender, saucy and packed with flavour 🤤 The combination of the melty provolone and aioli just made it even better ✨

🌱 Roasted Oyster Shrooms & Fajita Spiced Veg (£9.50) – with guacamole, refried beans, tomato salsa & tortilla chips. My friend had the vegan option and really enjoyed it too!

Menu for all my fellow foodies who, like me, love planning exactly what they’re going to order ❤️

They’ve got a few tables inside too, plus some outdoor seating for when the weather’s nice! ☀️🥪

Tucked away inside @thecooperagegla 👀 They do have a sign outside though, so you’ll know you’re in the right place! 🥪✨ by @bocaglasgow

Is this Glasgow’s best sandwich?!

Definitely up there 👏🏼 I went for a veggie option - glazed halloumi, red cabbage slaw, spinach, pickled chilli and harissa mayo… soooo good and super filling!

The best of the best, the creme de la creme, the peak, the top, the legends of the scene.

These are 5 places we already LOVE to eat in the Southside - have you been to all 5? 😍

Which places would you add to this list? 💬 by @bocaglasgow
