who’s ready…. 100 SQUAT CHALLENGE!!!! 🔥🥵🦵🏾 by @bodymechanixx

A couple #legday and #backday workouts from this past week!! Wanted to focus on volume and high reps through 3 exercises each day. The goal was to get to 200 total reps between 3 exercises and it definitely had me questioning my life choices, but worth it! by @bodymechanixx

Locked in with a couple big Pull & Push workouts this week! For my pull day I focused on Lats specifically and mostly vertical pulling motions mixed with a couple horizontal cable rows to focus on stretching the Lats as I extended my arms forward. For my chest day I focused on hitting different angles. Incline, flat and decline presses focused on slowing the bar down more the closer it was to my chest. Big Moves Big Gains 💪🏾😤👊🏾 by @bodymechanixx

Tag teaming a couple of upper body workouts this week. It’s easy to think about chest and arms when you hear that… but don’t forget about building up a strong back and shoulders as well! 💪🏾😤👊🏾 by @bodymechanixx

Got a chance to get an incredible workout with @karinewithane while on vacation in Joinville Brasil 🇧🇷!! Being able to spend time with family and experiencing the culture, Carnival and the amazing food, we had to make sure that we made time for a little sweat sesh as well! Shoutout to @personal_gym_lifestyle for letting us in the building and getting a helluva workout! And the Queen @anitta for the soundtrack to it!!! 👊🏾😤💪🏾 by @bodymechanixx
