POSTS STORIES REELS

I want to thank everyone who supported me on this journey. I am proud of my consistent progress and improvement over time. Every time I step on stage, I am better than I was before.

In 2022, I secured 3rd place, and after a three-year break, I returned to competition. nationally in the UK, I earned three gold medals, yet I was still placed third internationally.

After three years, I decided to compete and turn professional, ultimately winning three gold medals and one silver in the national contest to qualify for international competition.

My first contest was the best and hardest contest in the world: “Olympia Amateur in Bucharest, Romania.” I didn't get what I wanted, but I competed with the best of the best who wanted badly to be PRO.

3rd place in Open Men’s physique

NOT JUST A CONGRESS. A FAMILY UNITED BY SPORT.

Some of my favourite memories from Santa Susanna happened away from the competition stage: reconnecting with colleagues, meeting people from different nations and sharing our commitment to the athletes who make this sport possible.

Proud to have been part of the IFBB World Congress in Santa Susanna, 2026. Thank you to Dr. Rafael Santonja, the Mayor and the Santa Susanna team, and everyone whose work brought us together.

This commemorative gift is a lovely reminder of the people and moments behind the event. I’ll treasure the memories as much as the keepsake.

Different nations. Shared respect. My IFBB family. ❤️

MORE THAN A TITLE. MY IFBB FAMILY.

Family isn’t always defined by blood. Sometimes it grows through shared passion, respect and a love for our sport.

From the IFBB Congress in Santa Susanna to serving on the IFBB Pro Men’s Physique judging panel at the World Championships on 1 November 2026, these are moments I will always value.

An honour to serve, a responsibility I respect, and a privilege to share this journey with athletes and colleagues from around the world. Thank you to everyone who makes this family special. ❤️

IFBB PRO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
IFBB PRO MEN’S PHYSIQUE — JUDGING PANEL

Honoured to serve on the IFBB Pro Men’s Physique judging panel at the IFBB Pro World Championship in Santa Susanna on 1 November 2026.

A glimpse of the stage from my judging seat, alongside fellow judges sharing the responsibility of assessing the athletes.

Thank you to the organisers, officials and every athlete who brought dedication and passion to this world stage. Behind every presentation are years of effort, discipline and sacrifice—and that deserves respect.

Different nations. One IFBB family.

Don’t wait until 2027 to practise the transition.

After Mr. Universe Canary Islands in Tenerife, many of you asked about this new pose.

According to the update shown in this tutorial, it is introduced during 2026 and becomes mandatory from 2027, replacing the first quarter turn in:
• IFBB Pro Men’s Physique
• IFBB Semi Pro Muscular Men’s Physique

Small variations in hand, foot and arm placement may be accepted, provided the overall structure and purpose are respected.

Watch the transition, then study the finishing position. Practise the movement and the hold together, so you arrive balanced and controlled.

Save this tutorial for your next posing session.

IFBB Pro
IFBB Semi Pro

Waist size can mislead you. Compare the complete outline.

IFBB Mr. Universe Canary Islands 🇪🇸
Tenerife • 10 October 2026
Semi-Pro Masters Bikini 40–44

🥇 Tatjana Obuhhova — @tatiana_337771
🥈 Olena Miasoutova

In these held poses, Tatjana’s rounded shoulders and fuller hips create the more balanced outline in my view. Olena’s compact waist and long leg lines stand out, while her lower-body outline appears narrower beside Tatjana’s.

The lesson: assess shoulder–hip balance through the front, side and back. Bikini calls for firm muscle tone without excessive hardness. More definition alone doesn’t decide the result.

Hold each position long enough to present the whole shape. These are coaching observations from the footage, not an explanation issued by the judging panel.

Save this comparison for your next posing session. For individual posing coaching, DM @body.surge.
